How do I put a picture under my handle?

you pic has to measure a certain size(nothing over 70x70 i think) so youll have to resize your picture. then go to controll panal. and click edit options there will be a space that says "avitar" you click the upload button and upload your picture.

Actually it's 75 X 75 pixels...there's a post on the BB board I think that talks 'bout this..

Help! I have the pic down to the correct pixel size. But, it is a bmp graphic. How can I convert it to jpg so I can load it as my avatar?? Thanks!!
