Neither Mega Man or Shaman King have aired since those mini-marathons. Most assume they will not be joining the line-up.

This gosh-awful show doesn't deserve to air on Cartoon Network.

there's still the dvds, unless you want to see the newer eps. that wont be on dvd till later on next year. As well as KWB reruns (if they will stop showing S.Showdown over and over again)

I think both Megaman and Shaman King will air on CN, but I don't think they'll air until they have finished their runs on Kids WB! and 4Kids TV. Shaman King could arrive as early as next year, but with Megaman still having one seaso to go, I think it may arrive in 2007.

This series couldn't possibly help Cartoon Network in any way, no matter what anyone says. It's not the next Yu-Gi-Oh!, and it's not the next anything, for that matter. The characters are 2D (flat), the plots are 2D, and everything from the voice acting to the design for the show is flat. It brings nothing new to the table, and certainly didn't deserve pick-up in the first place.

i think the best bet is to air them as soon as possible since both have been cancelled(megaman is not on official kwb website anymore) so i think it is best to just get them aired so kids will have it in there minds, having more viewers..

If CN wanted either they'd have them already. Afterall they got One Piece after only about 6 months. They have no problem with airing a show that also airs on Saturday mornings still. They gave NT Warrior and SK a shot and neither panned out so they decided to pick up more popular properties.
You also must remember that CN factors in international success along with US success when picking up a show. SK got canceled (so I hear) and Rockman EXE isn't all that popular (though it's been notable enough to get a few seasons).

cn has picked up failures(astro boy, cramp twins) and sk makes sense since it is a shonen jump based cartoon, and megaman already has 3 seasons, so that can give a buncha eps of nt/axess for cn..

Cramp Twins is not only a CN original in the UK but it also wasn't a failure.
Astroboy was a last ditch effort due to it being a remake of a legandary anime which clearly shouldn't have aired on KWB.
It's too late for Mega Man and SK hasn't done well enough.
Mind you CN bought a LOT of anime this year and most of which will fill out weekday slots next year. So there's no need to buy many more "left-overs". I'd say SK should be on CN but it wont be now because 4kids has given up on it. I'm just glad they are actually playing the end of it on 4kidsTV.

That's true Static came late in the game. Most WB animated shows tend to do that I guess because CN is in no rush to get KWB reruns in most cases. No Xiaolin Showdown yet but I'm sure it's coming.
Licenses from 4kids, ShoPro (now Viz) and the like are a bit more staggered but it seems CN can pick things up whenever they want as long as the distributor gives the okay. With YGO and Pokemon KWB wants to keep the control so 4kids has to wait to give those to CN or CN has to wait to air them but TMNT, Winx and One Piece were all fairly quick pick-ups. One Piece being the quickest. Thus why I figure if they wanted Mega Man or SK they'd have them already. They did preview them afterall so I assume no one cared about the test play and CN decided to buy fresher stuff instead. As for One Piece, CN seems kind of obsessed about that one and I assume they'd be eyeing it for years (especially after DBZ finished) so they wanted it as soon a possible and it seems it paid off for them specifically because most people only know it's on CN and many magazine don't mention it's on any other channel than CN. As for Winx... they REALLY needed another girls show so that was a given. SK and NT are two moderately popular shonen which didn't seem to work out. I wouldn't count them out entirely but I find it very unlikely that CN will pick them up now given for the rest of the year and beyond they'll be pimp'n Naruto, Bo-Bobo, One Piece, IGPX, Yu-Gi-Oh! GX, Zatch Bell, and Dragonball Z for anime alone (not counting the ever inconsistant Transformers, Pokemon, Duel Masters and YGO). Heck they don't even have weekday slot for DICE and Rave and both finished in Summer (though I'm not surprised as both did awful).
There's just not enough workable slots with all that and Teen Titans, The Batman, Justice League Unlimited, Totally Spies, Code Lyoko, etc. to fill the "action slots" on CN.
Perhaps we'll have a s-CRY-ed or EVA situation someday when one or both will be added to the network but honestly... I think Viz and 4kids are better off trying to get those on Jetix.

i guess you are right, i guess that makes 2 shonen jump cnus will never air..(sk, ultimate muscle) and actually, now that i think about it, nt deserves jetix, since it was so gosh darn awful....
but i am suprised why cnus hasn't picked up xs yet, it really should come soon, but i think it may have lost a lot of viewers for some reason(meaning, x2 weekday slots, and it has like what 40 eps??)
but i still think cn is going to end up airing kirby for some reason, i don't know why, but i can see them doing it..

cn has picked up failures(astro boy, cramp twins)The Cramp Twins won awards. This show is by no means a failure. It got its fair share (52 episodes) and two United States carriers. Even had two DVDs in the works, but they've been backordered since last year. Only one place offers but one of them.
Cramp Twins is not only a CN original in the UK but it also wasn't a failure.Ah, a voice of reason.

I don't call things failures just because I don't like them. It may be a failure in entertainment value though... but the ratings weren't bad.
