Well, I was fairly excited to read that Captain America will be appearing in X-Men Evolution soon(after the holidays..anyway). I'm really happy that Wolvie has been getting some attention(I really didn't want this to be "Wolverine: & the teenaged Mutant X-Men"). This is his second "past-history" episode, I think. Anyway, you guys wana hear more of "X-Men Evolutions" re-telling of Wolverines past? Personally, the one where he returned to "the lab", was one of my favorite episodes, & I think was handled extremely well. This one, with the Cap. in it, & a mysterious "object from Logans past", gives me high hopes for another winner.
BTW, I was thinking today, what do you guys think "Omega Red" would look like under an X-Men Evolution make-over? I was trying to design something today...but I simply couldn't get his look right. hmm...

I am actually stoked to see more of Wolverine in X-Men: Evolution. I don't watch the show every time is airs, but I catch it when I can. And with the Captain America episode announced, I will definatly catch that episode. I thought the previous Wolverine episode was really good, likely the best of the series so far.
Omega Red in the cartoon....I think they could definatly do it...

He's handled pretty well--like I said, I've even forgiven the Texas accent, taking into account he's lived all over the world, including Japan, over his hundred or so years of life (and probably has a lass in every port, maybe even buried a couple-- :( ). I was only sorry the Evolution series never showed the Canadian couple who took Logan in after he escaped from the lab and went bounding through the woods, feral, slavering, and half out of his gourd.
The Fox series had Cap, as well as his nemesis, Red Skull. Will he appear as well, or will another C.A. villain--or none--be used?
Of course I'd like to see something on Magneto's past too--what drives him. At least mention Magda or that Quicksilver's his son!

Maybe mention the Scarlet Witch too...

Yeah, during "On Angels Wings", I thought it would have been more apropriet if Wolvie was seen walking up to a special lady he left behind before joining teams(Whichever one that'd be. I was kinda hoping for Silver Sable..hehehe!)

When Magneto recruited Quicksilver, he said "I've taken special interest into this child...", so I was hoping they'de take care of that by the end of season 1, but hopefully they'll have a Quicky ep., where all is revealed(maybe at the end of the season?).
As for Magneto's past...I dunno if showing scenes of young "Erik" during the holocaust would pass on childrens TV well(even though it'd be cool). But, then again....Magneto looks a lot younger, & stronger in the show, so it kinda leads me to suspect he IS younger. And so, according to the Evolution time line, I'de guess that he was simply "born" during the Holocaust, not an actual victum of....
but thats my thought on it...

I doubt KWB could get away with showing a child suffering through Holocaust. I was surpised when FOX showed those scenes of Magneto, as a child, during the war. They may mention it, but I doubt they'll ever show it.
I still don't like Wolvie's accent...
