Exceptions are shows which were licensed and have since had their license expired (Garfield, James Bond Jr, G-Force?) or any shows created from the World Premiere Toons boom (meaning after February 1995-present) So in short words i mean the huge library exchange that happened back in 200 when Boomerang was created of Turner/Hanna-Barbera's library.

I'd add "Wait Till Your Father Gets Home", but I'm asking you guys: has said show have yet to air on Boomerang ever since its creation?

Nah, "The Real Adventures of Jonny Quest" doesn't count seeing as it was part of the first generation of new CN/Turner shows (post-February 1995).........
