So, I wake up to Power Ranger Generations this morning. I never caught all of In Space, so I figured I'd watch "A Date With Danger".

The episode starts.
... and then cuts from Astronema about to kill Zhane to credits and bloopers.
... and then fast-sped Jetix commercials (including a high-pitched WITCH one).
Space restarts.
... and then cuts from mid-first-fight of the episode.
... and then the Jetix-covered credits (no bloopers) air.
Space restarts.
... and then cuts during battle to commercials.
DinoThunder starts.
... and then segues from Ethan's head to the "Power Rangers In Space" logo.
... and then goes to black.
... and then cuts to Space's appropriate time (about 18 minutes in).
... and then the show ends as planned.

Another one I remember is when Toonami randomly played Batman: The Animated Series in Spanish. And nobody can forget the Heidibowl.

On a local Fox station in my area, an episode of The Simpsons this week was screwed up. All you saw was a static picture from a part of the episode for a good 20 minutes! Well they finally fixed it, but sheesh!

This thread wouldn't be complete without mentioning the following two CN/AS incidents:

-The "Kentaro" incident (in which the first half of an episode of Ruroni Kenshin was accidentally shown during the Hamtaro time slot).
-The "Stripes" incident (in which the Big O episode "Stripes" aired instead of the scheduled series finale of the show).

Yeah, but we saw more of Cassie's tongue and Astronema dancing in the span of 30 minutes that any other episode in PR history thanks to that glitch.

And ABC Family actually aired the end credits intact for once, even if it was a mistake.

These sorts of things used to really freak me out when I was a little kid... it's like, television has gone wrong! My whole universe is upside down!

... yeah, with PRG... it was definitely interesting to see Ethan's head explode into the Space logo.

Well, the Heidi Game was a Oakland/NY Jets football game in 1968. What happened was when the Jets had a three-point lead with about a minute left in the game, and the game went over its three-hour limit for TV...and after that limit was passed, they switched to a TV movie, 'Heidi.'

And in the last minute that no one saw, the Raiders scored a touchdown and then scored again off a turnover. Of course that would never happen today, as with football being as popular as it is you'd never have a game cut off when it goes over its limit.

It's not memorable because the Raiders had such a great comeback, it's because no one saw the comeback.
