The Life and Times of Juniper Lee: TRICKSTER'S IN TOWN

Tonight, a new Life and Times of Juniper Lee. Orchid Bay City has run amok with Loki playing some sort of April Fool's Day jokes.

Discuss. I'll start.

Wasn't it nice to hear Rip Taylor as a monster? And Scott Bullock as Thor. Nice episode with April Fools' Day as a theme, only two months and eighteen days after the actual April Fool's Day. Give this an A- for Judd's brainy fun.

I really enjoyed that episode. I like the part with the "Let's Save Humanity" game show. I thought Loki was gonna be fiercer but he was very funny which I like in a villain.

"First question: Banana."~Loki
"That's not a question."~Juniper
"I'm sorry. The right was Richard Nixon."~Loki

This is my 1st time I actually had time to sit down and watch an entire show. It was real good. A+

Argh, they stole my idea! I once made up one of those online quizzes, but mine made no sense because the answer to almost all of them was "Richard Nixon" (then again I stole that from an episode of Whose Line Is It Anyway where they parody Who Wants To Be A Millionaire).

Entertaining episode, I liked Loki and that prankster guy that got possessed. And Thor as T-Money, although strange, worked pretty well.

Not what I expected but it was still a pretty good episode.

"I once made up one of those online quizzes, but mine made no sense because the answer to almost all of them was 'Richard Nixon'. (Then again I stole that from an episode of 'Whose Line Is It Anyway' where they parody 'Who Wants To Be A Millionaire?')" Well, then again, an episode of Garfield and Friends poked fun at such quizzes with all of the answers being c) None of the above. And then again, there were spoofs of other game shows on the UK version of WLIIA?.

Once again I liked it. Started off a little bit slow, but once Loki finally appeared everything moved at a faster pace. Nice storyboarding with Loki also loved the ending with Thor as a surfer dude.

**** out of *****.

let's save humanity, huh? wouldn't it be funny if they had more 'show within a shows' from now on, huh?

and i wonder if some people steal my ideas, too, sometimes.. maybe years in advance.. but like, what do i know?

This was a little more comedic than action-packed, not what I expected, especially since we should be considering Loki as June's #1 adversary. That being said, there were some funny parts... the news anchorman (including the fact that he had such a long and strange name), the fly paper gag ('cause I didn't see that coming), and the whole 'Let's Save Humanity' game show. The action was a little disappointing... especially since in the end, courtesy of Ray Ray, June had to summon Thor (aka 'T-Money') to send Loki off.

7.5 out of 10 for "New Trickster in Town."
