Stealthy Poison Master? What an odd combination of words.

Inuyasha episodes keep getting creepier and creepier..

From last weeks transvestites to this weeks rapist.

Does the -kotsu in these spectres' names mean anything? I notice all their names end with that.

kind of an above average episode but do all the badguys have to fall for Kagome? how about some Sango love? :( nice pre commercial twist having Seshy save the crew instead of Inuyasha. these 7 guys are pretty cool so far

Wow, someone finally smacked Ka......... I mean, it was another okay episode. Favorite moment was when Sesshomaru just killed that poison guy in one hit after he kept attacking with all that poison. And wow, Miroku sure did a crappy job of "protecting" Sango and Kagome. He let Kagome go on ahead of everyone, and when it came to actually fighting, he was hiding behind Sango the whole time because of the poison.

I give Stealthy Poison Master, Mukotsu a C+.

Fluffy always makes an episode better, but still. Can't anybody but Fluffy & Mutt-boy do anything anymore? SHIPPO did more than Miroku and Sango this week!

Maybe the show can recover from the incredible borefest known as the last.. I dunno.. 40 episodes.. and come out as a somewhat likeable show before it ends with me driving to Georgia to kick Adult Swim employee ass for ever putting the show on the air.

Does the -kotsu in these spectres' names mean anything? I notice all their names end with that."kotsu" means "bone". It's the same as in "Ryuukotsusei" ("dragon-bone-borne"). The Shichinintai we've encountered so far are:

Kyoukotsu = "evil bone"
Jakotsu = "snake bone"
Mukotsu = "mist bone"
Renkotsu = "refining bone"
Ginkotsu = "silver bone"

and the two we haven't seen yet:Suikotsu = "sleeping bone"
Bankotsu = "barbaric bone"

So let me get this straight... we have one of the Band of Seven wanting Inuyasha, a second wanting Kagome. And they're both creeping me out! Geese... why would skeletons raised from the dead want to fall in love with someone?

Props to Sesshy for showing up and easily getting rid of Mukotsu. And I have to admit, Jakotsu's weapon is pretty badass. Wonder where I could get one of those in real life, as well as learn how to control it.

7.5 out of 10 for "Stealthy Poison Master, Mukotsu."

When does the big sword guy that is featured in OP#4 come around? I always love a good sword fight, but Jakotsu's sword isn't being used to its full potential.

It's kind of weird that Kagome, Inu-yasha, and the gang still don't know that the guy Koga killed was a member of the band of 7.

Well, it was a pretty good episode. Things are moving along faster than most other arcs in this series with two of the seven spectres killed.

However, I couldn't take Mukotsu seriously as he looks like Genma Saotome to me. I kept waiting for him to turn into a panda.

It been awhile since I read the manga verison of this storyline. The next couple of weeks is when the stuff will become intenstify. And yes the guy that Kouga killed a coupled episode back is an member of the Band of Seven.

Pretty good episode. Like others, I liked when Fluffy showed up and did away with that round fella. Im sure that everyone was thinking that Inuyasha was gonna show up and save the day, but it turned out to be his big bro. The band of 7 seems to be a good group of villains, and the sword of the chick that is in love with Inuyasha is kick ass. I can't wait to see it back in battle next week. B+

I actually had to sit through this one a second time, after not paying too close attention the first showing. The best scenes were both with Sesshomaru - his turning the Poison Master to bones, and his conking Jaken on the noggin after the imp accidentaly bumped into him. And for once, he didn't have any really nasty words to say to his half-brother.

Jakotsu is a guy.I think this is the first 'fatale attraction' I have seen between a guy and another guy. :sweat:

The "yaoi fan girls" must be going nuts of this one. :shrug:

One the brightside, the one-side relationship seems to be handled pretty well in the InuYasha series itself. :cool:

But Inuyasha, himself, is probably going to have nightmares over this when he figures out what Jakotsu really wants from him. :sweat:

Good show, and it was surprising to see Kagome getting beyotch-slapped around.

Mukotsu, the midget rapist, got killed by Sesshomaru. The big giant human (forgot his name), fought against Kouga 2-3 eps. ago and died.

Though, in the world of Inuyasha, anyone killed might still be alive. Take Kikyo for instance...

It was kind of fitting that Sesshomaru killed off Mukotsu, since he himself is a poison master and immune from most all kinds. But for once, Sesso didn't have anything hateful to say about Inuyasha. So 2 down and 5 more members to go.

Yeah, Mukotsu did look a lot like Genma Saotome, and it would have been bizarre had he turned into a poison-spewing panda. (^_*)

When Mukotsu kept using those poison barrels, they reminded me of Happosai's happo-fireburst bombs and happo-moldburst bombs. :zim:

And for those who don't know the characters we are talking about, Genma and Happosai are from the Ranma 1/2 Anime/Manga, it is a truly twisted, but funny series. :cool:

AND if you listen to Japanese version you come across the same phenomenon with both the Japanese cast of Ranma and Inuyasha.
