Fav. Show on Miguzi (past and present)

So what is/was your fav. show on Miguzi? I'm sorry if I left any shows out...but I think I got them all.

I would have to say Code Lyoko just because I really like that show. If it didn't exist I would say Teen Titans, but that show is on Toonami and other blocks too. :bcup:

Ninja Turtles gets my vote. Though I do love Megas XLR. I feel airing it on Miguzi was a bad idea and probably caused it's untimely demise.

CN intentions with Miguzi soared, but I wasn't amused. The block has been a failure pretaining to MY interest. Luckily it wasn't made to cater to me. Only ones worth watching are Teen Titans(replays are now known for hypnosis), TMNT, and Megas. Suppose I don't have a problem with Static Shock either. The others are mind-numbing.

Static is a good show but CN is determined to run it into the ground so I hope it's off the air come fall. At least until YGO GX tanks but if it does I'd rather have TMNT come back than Static since ya know... TMNT has more episodes.

If it weren't for Code Lyoko's terrible horrible awfull English dub, I'd easily vote for it, but until CN decides to air the show in it's original French language with subtitles (i.e. Never) I'll have to vote for TMNT with Teen Titans and Megas XLR a close second and third respectively.

I just feel that, although the show and it's writing itself is amazing, the dub is sloppy and poorly directed at best, and I feel that all foreign works, including animation, should always be viewed in it's original language.

I'm used to that kinda crap. It happened in American cartoons on occasion (not the exact same thing but something similar) and I still get a chuckle whenever it happens in an older episode of Ninja Turtles.

Lyoko was pretty much the only thing Miguzi had going for it. Otherwise it was just another reason to air reruns of 4Kids show (although the new TMNT rocks my socks. Don't get me wrong there) and overload Spies and Titans even more.

I really hope it comes back in a form other than the Sunday airings that're starting up. Otherwise it kinda defeats the point of it appearing in the Miguzi portion of the Summer Special.

BAH! Compare that one time that mistake's been made to the countless times it's been done on the oldschool Mario cartoon. If they did it every other episode, then you'd have a point about the dub. Personally I don't see anything wrong with it other than the usual renaming certain things.

To me, you talk as if this was another 4Kids hackjob. Honestly, at least this show gets away with mentioning death. (And it's a 6-11 demographic too.) And last I checked, people were more into subtitled Japanese cartoons. Not French. You're probably the first person I've met to say such things about Code Lyoko.

My vote goes to Code Lyoko, as it's really the only thing on Miguzi that I watch. Totally Spies, TMNT, Static Shock and Megas XLR just don't interest me that much, and I usually only watch TT and Winx on the weekends anyway.

Well, even though Teen Titans is probably the best show, I can't vote for it because it just gets repeated too often. It doesn't even really have to be on Miguzi when it gets so many other showings. So, I went with Ninja Turtles as that's probably the only show that I would consistently watch if they were showing episodes I haven't seen.

Code:Lyoko and Static Shock are okay sometimes. Megas isn't very good. And Totally Spies totally sucks. And Rave Master is a Suck-a-lution. I don't think I've ever seen a full episode of Energon or Winx club.

Since I can only choose one, I have to go with Code Lyoko. To me, a most original show and the only one not shown previously somewhere else. (And yes it does sound good in French but I think the English VA's did well too. Monsieur Jim sounds very strange though.)

Teen Titans and Megas XLR are great shows but I prefered them later in the evening. Sorry, but I wouldn't even bother with the others.

for second place would have to be Teen Titans (only because no matter what time I turn on my TV, it's always on O.o

can't really say I watch anything else - couldn't get into CL (and I tried!), and I can't watch the turtles - I remember the original series, so I guess I'm kind of spoiled ^_~

interestingly enough, to adress the question of not enough episodes, there were rumours of a third season of Megas, but as the second season went through, the network (IMHO) began promoting it less & less in favor of their newer shows - that plus the move to Miguzi probably hastened its demise. Don't forget, the target audience for "the gooz" is younger...

okay, maybe an eppy or two of spies...but that's all!!

i am surprised there isn't even one vote for Winx or Static Shock. And static is the one that the most promoted right now. It even has the "raved on" last spot on Miguzi. The only thing I really hate about that show is the bad rap and that HORRIBLE jamaican music that comes on everytime the metabreed with the big feet is in the picture.AHGHGGHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Teen Titans - Also extremlly good. I love the mix of american and Japanese art
Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles - Best non-superhero action cartoon w/o a doubt
Code Lyoko - Crappy, painfully boring and ugly animation
Totally Spies - Humerous concept, but I genrally find it a bit annoying
Static Shock - WORST CONCEPT EVER, plus is painfully tacky, and just genrally bad
Winx Club - Well apart from the tackyness and bad charcistaion theres that terrible terrible animation
