Have you ever had any "scary"(as in freaky, or something) substitute teachers? I remember in Kindergarten, I had a sub with a voice like a toad. Kinda like that weird professor that was in Harry Potter Book 5....

There's this one sub for my school(Mr. Coates) that is completely...... Hmm, I can't think of a word, but everyone is shocked and sad when he comes (actually, it's pretty funny because he's so weird). He bites the caps on the markers, so we use tissues when we touch them (BTW, he was completely racist one day!), and he sometimes leaves his bottom button un-buttoned, and we can see that part of his body. Really, I'm completely serious. And one time he lied down on a table in front of the room and said a poem.....

So, any of you guys had any scary subs..... I'd be shocked if anyone was weirder than this guy I just mentioned.

In fourth grade, I had a substitute teacher that hit kids in my class, but nobody believed us so she didn't go to jail. Her name...was Mrs. Cooper.

It was either 7th or 8th grade can't remember. But the 2nd grade class down the hall had a substitute teacher who also used to substitute for P.E. Well after using the whistle so much when she taught P.E. she decided that the only way to keep the 2nd grade class quiet was to use the whistle on them. Needless to say we could hear it going off down the hallways all the time and I also had the misfortune of being in the class for some reason when she let the thing blow.

We also had a really old teacher once who made really strange noises out of her nose, it kinda freaked me out, it sounded like she was having an asthma attack.

Honorable Mention
I'm saying Honorable Mention because he was not really a substiute but a religion teacher taking over for our math teacher for a day, I have no idea why they did that either. He was really fat and every time we got in trouble he would say to us. "You wretched child your making baby Jesus Cry." He would also scratch himself in places where you should not see someone scratch.

He wasn't scary but he was my first and only gay one. Many of my classmates giggled about his sexuality. Made me cry. :( I didn't cry but I felt like it, so to them, he was scary.

Urm....not so many.

I once had a sub for French in the 6th grade. He was mean to us..and made us do more work than actually assigned.

Another for English I think in 7th. He was really old...old enough to be retired already. He always talked about the "old days". For example, he told the class that in the old days when you were done, you had to sit still, hold your hands together on the desk, and smile. Ugh.

I had this really funny one for Math a few months ago...she was a teacher in my school, who subbed for one class. When she was teaching us, we couldn't answer a question, so she went out of the classroom. Then, she came back, saying, "Oh hi, I'm Mrs. ******'s clone..." and asked us the same question. We didn't answer. So she went out. Then she went back, saying, "Oh...my clone's crying right now..." It was funny, but at the time we were just freaked out.

If I do any more subbing in the fall, I'm so going to try that clone thing.

I had this one reoccuring sub from probably about fourth grade all the way until I graduated high school. Everyone was convinced he was a drunk, and he actually came into the store where I work a few weeks ago and I still think he's a drunk. We were not fans of that guy.

The IT course I'm taking had a sub recently. He wasn't freaky, seemed pleasent and all, but he was pretty bad at his job. The guy asked the students for help.

When a kid was reading wrong on purpose to be fuuny, and kids laughed at him(not me, I was fighting off sleep) the sub gets real angry and said our behavior as a class was despicable. Later, on another day of subbing, he told us a long and boring story about his adventures in Brazil. Again, I was fighting off sleep(unsucessfully).

Is that for biology?

Wow...what an unpleasant way to teach the Human Anatomy. She should be fired!

In fourth grade, I had a substitute teacher that hit kids in my class, but nobody believed us so she didn't go to jail. Her name...was Mrs. Cooper...... That would of been okay a few decades ago, but now it's a no-no! If she was a sub in my school, I'd go and kick her fat lil' happy meal butt.

I had a sub afterschool teacher that hit us with erasers! No1 believed us either images/smilies/frown.gif so we had her for the rest of the year! I would also kick that teacher's butt.
