I won't be able to post the "Cartoon of the Week" (CotW) for some of the upcoming weeks, so I would like to know if there's anyone interested on doing them for some time.

If there are quite some people interested, then you can take turns, as I don't want this to be limited to one person only.

Some things you need to consider:

- The cartoon has to be a classic theatrical short that has been seen on TV (Boomerang or CN, preferably) in the past few years or released on DVD. This includes Looney Tunes, Tom & Jerry, Tex Avery, Popeye, etc.
- The person who starts the topic must include a synopsis, a personal review, and a pic or two (I usually find them on the web).
- Do not pick rare or obscure cartoons (i.e. The Censored 11).
- No TV cartoons. You can always start topics to discuss them.
- Check your spelling. I'm not going to choose someone that has a posting style that is hard to cypher.

If anyone is interested to do at least one of these then post here. I'll check out your post history and make a list saying who will post each week. It helps if you post the cartoon you plan on reviewing.

Also, CotW is posted every Saturday/Sunday so make sure you'll be available those days.

That's pretty much it, if anyone is interested, let me know by posting in this thread.

I sent you an e-mail nominating Popeye Meets Sindbad the Sailor one week. Did you get it?

I could do "What's Opera, Doc?" and "The Rabbit of Seville". Those are some of the best Bugs/Elmer segments, in my opinion of course.

I'll take over for you man. I'm not going to do a specifc cartoon, but rather an entire show or character. Hope you don't mind the change. :)
