With the cancelation of Sealab, WS is only down to one original show that was on since AS began. So Aquateen Hungerforce is the only part that's left of the oldguard. If ATHF is canned, then AS will actualy have nothing on the block that was on at the beginning...

unless ofcourse you count Bebop

Not at the moment, but according to the schedule it's returning on April 25, replacing Aqua Teen Hunger Force, and the Upfront press release says new episodes are coming in July.

Daaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaayum.

There's always going to be shows that will be taken off and newer original shows from Cartoon Network studios will replace them. Adult Swim will always try to keep things fresh to entertain viewers. I don't think the old bodyguards being cancelled will have an affect on the ratings at all. Isn't SGC2C on hitaus, but not cancelled, yet?

theres no statement saying Birdman would live past this next season though. the show takes forever and more to come out with new episodes and has been Sealab quality since after X anyway so I could see it getting the axe

Last year they premiered ELEVEN episodes. Keep in mind the show is fully animated and has a longer turn-around period than Aqua Teen, Sealab, and the rest of the cheaply animated shows.

Sealab quality since after X? Pfft. If you say so.

Ummm...I don't think Sealab's really cancelled...Not according to mc chris.

VB could have had Megas turnaround time when it comes to the next season is AS/CN would have made up their minds sooner and Birdmans episodes are 11 minutes so those 11 episodes are are 5 1/2 compared to VB's 13 :)
