One of my most anticipated games in history is now a meare 2 and a half months away! This is sure to be one of the top games of the year. Capcom seems to be dominating 2005 as far as "possible GotY candidates" go.

I'm excited about this. If you've read up on it, you'll know it's really innovative. Sounds promising, 'cept for the fact that my GCN broke and I sold it. So who knows? If it's good enough, maybe I will buy a new one. Or just wait for Revolution.

I can't wait! The game looks awesome, and after reading more about it in Nintendo Power, I'm absolutely floored. A groundbreaking game like this is something the gaming industry needs, and something that'll hopefully help Nintendo break that "kiddie" image that's been haunting it throughout the Gamecube's life (is Killer 7 gonna come out on PS2 like Viewtiful Joe and RE4?)

I guess this is the last of the Capcom 5 to finally see the light of day (as Dead Phoenix is in fact, dead). Super cool! Took 'em long enough, but complaining doesn't really help matters.

'cept for the fact that my GCN broke and I sold it. You sold a broken Gamecube? To whom? And, did they know? I sure hope they did, otherwise that was pretty stinky of you to do.

If you have a PS2, Killer 7 is going to be released on it as well.

What's so intriguing about this game? I've checked some screenies & clips of Killer 7, the background looks bland, and all. What makes it any special from other cel-shaded games?

Calm my weary words, and enlighten me.

Calm my weary words, and enlighten me.
The premise, and what that could do for interesting gameplay and story.

What's so intriguing about this game? Story and play.

What makes it any special from other cel-shaded games? Not that there's an over abundance of cel shaded games out there now, but this was the first that caught my eye. More for the characters, story and play, than for the style.

HAHAHAHAHA!

No, I meant I sold it to EBGames, and they knew the laser had burnt out -- they just gave me less for it.

How dare you think I would do such a thing??

HAHAHAHAHA!

You need to read Nintendo Power - the April issue. The game is like a race course. You push the A button to run through the course (the game essentially moves on rails). It's a pre-determined direction, you can't choose where you want to go. However, when you reach a fork in the road, you can choose your path. When an enemy approaches, you use B to lock on and A to fire. Kind of a neat control scheme.
And the story: you control a man with seven different identities (which you can switch between at will, but the main one is Garcian).
Here they are (character names followed by their gender then abilities):
Garcian Smith (male)- revives others
Dan Smith (male)- collateral shot
Kaede Smith (female)- breaking barriers
Keven Smith (male)- turning invisible
Coyote Smith (male)- picking locks
Con Smith (male)- super speed
Mask de Smith (male)- wrestling moves
If Garcian is eliminated, the game ends. If anyone else is eliminated, he or she can be revived by Garcian.
So, pretty neat concept here, and I mean neat.

The ps2 version is not being release in the US.According to IGN & Gamespot it is:

Expect Killer 7 to hit GCN and PS2 this summer, putting to rest any rumor that it might never see American release. Where did you get that info from anyway? It was always rumored as not being released in America for neither systems, not just the PS2.
