How did the Secret World of Alex Mack end?

Does anyone remember that Nickalodeon show called "The Secret World of Alex Mack?" I never liked it at first, but once it got into season 3, it became quite enjoyable.

Anyway, does anyone know how it ended? Did it even have a conclusion? I think the last episode I saw had her parents finding out about her powers, and her father was torn on what to do.

I seem to recall the woman that ran the company that made the chemical got arrested, and they gave Alex an antidote/cure.

Yeah, but didn't they cop-out that ending and have her not take the antidote and keep her powers?

GC-161! I still remember that nomenclature!

Anyway, IIRC, it ended with a two-parter, Paradise Lost, and Paradise Regained. Don't know if I need spoiler tags or not, but might as well.

Ms. Atron had given up searching for Alex and instead worked to release GC-161 as a miracle drink. Her company was going bankrupt, and tey failed to pull anything useful out of GC-161, so they were hoping to cash in quick and make a break for it. Alex's parents discovers the plan, and are imprisoned within the plant. Alex infiltrates the plant, but gets caught, leading not only to Atron finally discovering her and gloating, but Alex's parents learning of her powers as well. Those were memorable character scenes, but I can't exactly remember how they escaped and how Atron was arrested. I think the last scene was Alex looking at an antidote her dad made, but leaving her decision to take it or not open to suggestion.

Ahh yes, I remember some scenes a bit. Alex had to save her bestfriend Ray because he was handcuffed to Ms. Atron's desk, and she enarly didn't make it.

And yes, that is correct about the very end, about whetaher or not she wanted to take it.

Yeah I remember that show. It was one of the only successful shows for Nick in the mid-90's. They made spoof on All That of Alex Max called Alex Sax who had really cool Saxaphone powers. Unfortunately, Detective Dav arrested her friends instead of the bank robbers who Alex put saxaphone powers on.:p
