Star Wars 3 time line (small spoilers)....

A friend and I were talking the other day about how they were going to handle Padme and the kids in the movie. We were trying to figure out how much time the movie was going to span. Would it all be set within a few months, years, etc. Then I came upon an article about Lucase and ROTS in yesterdays USA Today and it had the following. (very minor spoilers)

It says near the end we see Vader on the Death Star. From what we assume the Death Star was brand new in ANH. So I wonder if the movie skips thru the years telling what happens to the people along the way. And it ends where the original began...with Vader going after Leia who has the plans.

It's rumored that Padme goes into early labor due to being force choked by Anakin. Luckily she's able to give birth before dying from complications of Anakin's attack. What's ironic is Anakin was only lured over to the dark side because he'd been seeing visions of Padme's death and wanted to prevent it.

Interesting. But from what I have seen Obi Wan looks different in ep 3 than he did in 2 (hair wise) but I guess than can put his new head on his old body or something.

Which would go against established continuity where she falls off a cliff. Then again Darksaber has been contradicted to death by now so anything goes!
