WrestleMania isn't far away now! With just two RAWs and two SmackDowns before the big night when Triple H faces Batista for the World Championship expect everyone to be pulling out all the stops!

Poisonous: The Animal vs. The Monster
March 21, 2005
The crowd in Birmingham, Ala., will witness an explosive matchup when Batista is forced to battle Kane on RAW. The match is being made by Evolution's Triple H, who selected Kane for Batista's "Pick Your Poison" Match.
The Cerebral Assassin knew just who to pick when Kane and Batista cleared Evolution from the ring last week on RAW. Now, the two will have to face each other. Kane will need to concentrate on the task at hand while holding his hatred for Gene Snitsky in check. Batista will simply need to survive the match with minimal damage with mere weeks before his milestone match headlining WrestleMania against Triple H for the World Heavyweight Championship.
And what will Randy Orton have to say only days after his SmackDown! contract signing with the Undertaker? Before signing the contract, Orton made it clear that he respected the Deadman and his 12-0 WrestleMania record, but that he was intent on ending that winning streak. Then, in a shocking display, the Legend Killer slapped Undertaker across the face. What followed were signs from The Darkside that Orton had angered the Undertaker. What will happen next?
Watch RAW on Monday (9/8 CT; Spike TV) to find out.

Most notable thing of the opening match was Michaels blowing his nose on the Canadian flag (again). I bet that made the Canadian populace hate him even more.
Almost 7 years have passed, and I still think that Austin attacking Vince in the hospital is one of the funniest things I've ever seen. Along with Mankind cheering up Vince. Good times, good times.
It sort of makes sense for Stallone to induct Hogan, because of Rocky/Thunderlips.
Very long-ass, boring promo by HHH. He not only buried Orton, but Smackdown as well. Randy orton should've come out but he didn't. I'd rather see another match then his boring promos.
A much better promo was Randy Orton's promo. He is continuing to shine as a heel. And his RKO on his girlfriend (who really is his girlfriend) wa shocking.
Looks like Hassan's unpinned streak will end next week. Unless Angle comes and we get a DQ.
Another classic commercial. Perhaps one of the best. Snitsky, Batista, and Carlito shone here. Shawn Michaels, though, reminded me of the Fonz with the jacket.
Main event was alright. Coach shouldn't be with the other lumberjacks, though.
I think I liked last week's RAW more than this week's.

Sylvester Stallone!?! I was wondering who was gHogan,
I knew HBK was gonna win.so there's not much to say on this one
Lita's looking good as always so does Christy in that "intersting" pink attire...Trish looked good as well. I thought Christy did alright. Maybe she'll surprise us at Wrestlemania.
Stone Cold whacking McMahon with the bedpan. Ah to be young again.
Usual Triple H bull crap
Shelton's flip onto Tomko, Edge and Christian was awsome, the rest of the match was
very good
Flair firing up the heels to Bischoff sucking up to Batista.
Of all people he does it to Stacy. Well I hate Orton........again.
Impromptu match. And a bad time waster
Hassan Chop vs HBK next week. This is gonna be good
Well that parody just topped Christy's "performance" from last week in my eyes. Cool way to get everyone else in
I had a feeling the lumberjacks were gonna go after Kane. Triple H's NNNNNOOOOO's are right up there with Flair's spaz outs

Well HBK did blow his nose on the Canadian flag but atleast he didn't start grinding it.
Seeing that Austin/Vince moment, made me flinch.
Trips promo was boring but the line at the end did wake me up.
Heel Randy's back. I think. He looked like he was going to cry at the end of the segment. WTF! If he's turning heel, he should have put on his smarmy smile. Or maybe he was legitamately concerned about Stacy  Oh well. It was very obvious that he was going to RKO her.
BEST. WRESTLEMANIA. COMMERCIAL. EVER. I think I about died watching it. Batista, Snitsky, and Carlito were the whole commercial. Big Show was great too.
Benoit, you seem to be missing those headbutts lately. Sheesh
Christy did better than I thoguht, but the WM match isn't going to be pretty.
Main event was okay. Wasn't really paying attention until the end. Last week's was better.

Well you can't really blame him. I mean I would cry to if I hurt my real girlfriend like that.

I think the point of Orton looking like that was to get across that he's didn't want to do it, but he's so desperate to show the Undertaker that he can take him that he's sacrificing everything he's stood for since turning face. Randy's concern was a work.

Great Raw again this week!
*Good opener with HBK, he has been getting some killer pops lately that remind me of when he was champ back in day.
* I liked the HHH promo because it was true! He does sleep with the bosses little girl you know :p Plus Randy Orton is now RKO'ing old men and girls lol.
* Flair continues to be the best mic talker in the business. I was rolling on the floor when he was trying to moviate Simon Dean lmao!
* Edge continues to kick major ass. I'm telling you he is the next champ after HHH jobs to Dave. He gets a reaction that I've never seen before for him. It used just to be girls yelling for him, but now everyone reacts.
*Benoit squashed Tyson....nuff said
* I now believe the rumors that Hassan is going to wrestle Hogan at Wrestlemania because he didn't going to lose to HBK. Look for an Angle run-in to save his streak.
* I think Christy Hemme has the best ass out of all the divas but she can't wrestle her way out of a paper bag!
* Dave vs Kane was fun and I like the way Gene keeps coming after Kane. I think Gene is going to do something at Wrestlemania to get Kane out of the match and someone will make their comeback in that match. Can you say Matt Hardy maybe? HHH's ranting was great, "I am going to beat him like a bag of puppies" LMAO!!
* One final thing the new Wrestlemania skit was great. My boy Carltio Car Cool was at his best :)

That was one of the funny parts in that commercial
He eats an apple
Man: Lose the Apple Please
He spits it out
"That's not cool"
Also I loved batista trying to figure out what the line was and he thought somebody was being funny,
Snitsky was my favorite though he starts his piece and something falls
"That wasn't my fault. They really stayed in charcter doing that commercial. Hopefully when the WM DVD comes out they will have all the commercials as Special Features.
I liked that taxi driver commercial thing. Good ol' Batista getting confused with what the line, that sack falling during Snitsky's turn, and the Big Show taking out his frustration on the set. :p
HBK vs Hassan .. should be an interesting match, and I agree with people saying Angle will do something. I definitely think Hassan will keep his 'never pinned' attitude for awhile.
Kane needs to put the mask back on. Batista did a nice job of manhandling him at the end of the match. HHH on the commentary and reacting to what was going on was great to hear and watch.
I'd really like to see Jericho win the 6-man match at mania.. it's been too long since he was the Undisputed champ.

RAW this week was okay. It wasn't nearly as good as last week's, but then I wouldn't expect them to have two shows that great right in a row. Next week's show should be much better, though, since it's really their last chance to sell the RAW-brand WrestleMania matches.
The opening match between Michaels and Conway okay. The odd commercial placement really hurt the flow of the match. In the end it was just another loss for a member of La Résistance. They've done almost nothing as a tag team this year, so I wonder if WWE will break them up after WrestleMania.
The mixed tag match was okay until the two women entered the ring. I've never liked Christy and this did nothing to change my mind. Combine her physical stature with her wrestling attire and you have one of the least intimidating wrestlers I've ever seen.
The end of Triple H's promo was very good, but the whole thing was just too long. That seems to be my one complaint about all of his promos. He's just too long-winded.
Edge & Christian versus Benjamin & Jericho was easily the match of the night. Benjamin's flip to the outside early in the match was just beautiful. I can't wait to see what they do with him after WrestleMania. I think I'd like to see him in a program with Triple H since he still has a winning record over The Game.
Flair's speech in the heel locker room was great, although I would think Triple H could find better lumberjacks than the HEAT roster. Everybody yelling "Wooo!" at the end was hilarious.
So Orton has finally completed his heel turn. All I can say is that it's about time.
Wow. Benoit basically squashed Tomko. For some reason I just expected that match to be a lot longer. It still made me happy to finally see Benoit dominate another wrestler again.
The Taxi Driver spoof is easily the best commercial yet. A lot of people were great in this one, but for some reason my favorite was Michael Cole. He just looked so goofy!
I'd say the main event match between Batista and Kane was okay, but then I don't think I've ever seen a great lumberjack match. Batista gained back some of the momentum he had lost the past few weeks, but they better pull out something big next week.

I'm hoping they bring Charlie Haas over from SmackDown in this years draft. He's floundering without Shelton, and honestly Shelton isn't much these days either, to the point that I sometimes forget who the IC champ even is.

What a huge step down from last week's show. From filler segments, to boring matches, to promos that lasted way too long, this show had all the bad bases covered. So what was good about it?
--Shelton Benjamin. The tag match was beyond awesome, and everybody looked really strong, but Benjamin was on fire here. A great showcase of his talents. People always talk about Orton and Cena being the future of the company, but I say it's Shelton.
--Thank God Orton is heel again. You know your face act is in trouble when they stick Stacy Keibler with you to get a cheer from the crowd. His promo was kinda off and rambling (so he's gonna kiss Undertaker at Wrestlemania?), but the end result was great. Randy just oozes that natural fratboy cockiness that makes people hate him, and this was long overdue.
And that's about it. Not many highlights for me. 6 person tag was a disaster (in no form or fashion should Molly freakin' Holly job to Christy "look at my chest" Hemme). Triple H took 20 minutes to announce a limberjack match. Ric Flair tried to sell us that a jobber from Heat had a shot at being in Evolution (lol). Not a whole lot to write home about.
I'm also gonna have to complain about the commercial placement. The main reason I never watched much WCW was because there were always commercials in the middle of matches. WWF (at the time) didn't do that. Now it seems that every single match has a commercial break. It doesn't make me wait anxiously to see what happens next, it pisses me off and makes me want to change the channel.
P.S. This "Austin on Piper's Pit" hype really needs to stop. It's not a match, it's dumb. Yes, I know, Austin has fans that want to see him. But if this crap makes it on the show and a Cruiserweight Title defense doesn't, something's wrong. You know how Piper's Pit is gonna go? Piper will smart off, and Austin will stun him. Wow. Never seen that before, it's so original. Jeez, I wonder if he'll drink a beer, too? The only way this will be any good at all is if they let Piper shoot, and he calls Austin an alcoholic or tells him to go beat his wife. That's heel heat.

I'm not sure if HBK really hates Canadians, or maybe since they're always going to hate him because of SS '97 that he's just adding fuel to the fire. Either way it's quite funny and I hope he does get another chance to dry hump the Canadian flag. :D
Good:
Six man tag, Taxi Driver promo, Orton RKOing Stacy, Nature Boy - Motivational Speaker, HHH stating that he will "beat him like a bag of puppies."
Bad:
Anything involving Christy, the rest of Orton's promo, HHH's promo.

Nuff said. Trish is going to kill Christy.
