Ronnie Cordova and Burger try to keep the evil forces of Lord Arcticord from harming the the sockbaby in this tale as old as time.....or at least from 2003.

Written (if you could call it that) by Doug TenNapel, the man who brought your Earthworm Jim. Is there anything better than kung fu fighting and snappy dialog? Don't bother answering that, it was a rhetorical question.
Pros: Davis the grey, "Hour of the wolf", dog poop
Cons: The lighting in the car, two ton Chum Chum (I just didn't like this guy)
So what are your thoughts?

A friend of mine pointed this out to me, and I kinda/sorta liked it. I don't think the dialogue works particularly well, and I find the humor kind of strained, outside of a handful of funny moments.
But it's worth watching for the fight scenes, which are very well-choreographed for such a low-budget project. It's kind of sad that the fight sequences in these short films are better than the fight sequences in most Hollywood action flicks (which often have such hyper-kinetic editing that you can't even tell what's going on).

Oh hells yes! The fight scenes are crazy tastey. That and the expressions on Davis' face are hilarious.
PS: What the hell does hyper-kinetic mean? I know the roots, but what's the meaning?

It means "excessive movement". The textbook example I always use is the bar fight in Daredevil. The audience knows that something really cool is happening, but no cut lasts more than a second, there's an over-abundance of close-ups, and there's a bunch of flashing lights. As a result, you can't really tell what's happening.
Contrast that to something like this, which is ten times more exciting because you can actually see each move. The Daredevil fight is probably better choreographed, but it's shot and edited in such a way that you can't get a grasp of the scene, whereas the Sockbaby shorts give you a clear view of the fight, and you can really get into each punch and kick.
