I've had a string of dreams about new episodes of Sonic the Hedgehog (SatAM) and Ned and Stacey (Starring Thomas Haden Church and Debra Messing as Ned and Stacey, respectfully). Both SatAM and N&S ran for two whole seasons, as some of you may know.
Guess what? These new episodes I dreamed of were one big Ned and Stacey/ Sonic the Hedgehog crossover.
In the first episode I dreamed up, Ned Dorsey is sitting on the couch, watching TV. He's watching SatAM. Stacey passes through the livingroom, telling Ned she's off on a date or something. Suddenly, Ned falls asleep while he's watching this classic Sonic episode. The next thing he knows, he's in Knothole Village interacting with the Freedom Fighters. The details are pretty fuzzy from here.
The show ended with the DiC logo after the credits (With the old, dreamy music), Sonic and Ned leaning against either end.
Two nights ago I dreamed I was employed as an English teacher at a neo-Nazi boys' school in Germany called, wait for it, "Hitler Camp."
Though my job description was just to teach them English and I brought a whole bunch of what I guess were "Nazi books" with me, my real purpose was to teach them real German culture and turn them away from the "dark side." So to that end I also brought a bunch of Kant and Goethe. Though why I would teach Germans German culture in English is a mystery to my conscious mind.

Freaky Recuring dream #1.
I'm standing in an open field with some guy.
He opens his mouth and no sound comes out, but I can feel his scream (It feels like a battle cry going AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH)
Then he bends down grabs at the ground with one hand, and pulls out a huge clod of dirt (We're talking 8 feet in diamater) Which he raises over his head. (with tiny little pieces of dirt falling off it as he holds this dirtball over his head)
Then he chucks it at me, and I wake up in the morning with the taste of chalk in my mouth.
Every couple of years I have this dream. Don't know wth it means...

On a slightly related note, I've had dreams (yes as in more than one) in which I'm escaping a concentration camp, and dreams where I'm running away from something back in WWII days. And well, you get the idea: Just very odd "wartime" dreams, and I really dunno why.
I've also had recurring dreams in which I am sleeping in the back of a car and have to jump to the front seat to steer the moving car. I always end up about to crash into something when I wake up.

For some reason this week I've been really tired, I never feel like getting up in the morning and so far this week at work I've drunken two cups of coffee a day.
So any way, last night I dreamt I was at work and I kept drinking coffee, I would finish it then I would make more. I don't know how many times I drank coffee but that dream did wake me up. Can't wait to sleep in tomorrow.

If I wake up and have the dream in my head and enough time before I have to leave I try to write down as much as I can...It's not always coherent as I'm still tired. This is an entry from about a month ago.
My brother is leaving to some other alien planet. Not clear on why. All his friends show up at the house for final party. There is an alien girl whom I apparently know and is asking me to go with her. I ask her where she says forever with me I say I can't there is someone else. Then I look at psychology books for some reason. Mr T. shows up and proceeds to pose with me for a picture.

There was one that I drank coffee and woke up with this smell in my nose, and a weird taste like I actually drank it. And I dislike coffee so much. :ack:
And there's another that I can't quite remember much, all I know is that I'm sneaking around in this huge building. Then again, this has happened everytime I played a Metal Gear Solid game so....

OH MY GOD!
The creepiest most eerie dream I've ever had was like a loop! It kept CONTINUING when I fell back to sleep after waking up from it! It was SO scary!Unending!
So, there I am reading a book. Behind me is a closet that is opening slowly just as is a closet I'm reading about in the book. Out comes a vampire who pins me against the floor effortlessly. He tries to sink his teeth in the side of my neck but I hit him hard with my pencil heels:rolleyes2 .
Once I shove him off me, I try to get up but he drags me back.I give him a kick in the face(I think) and jump to my feet and run. After running down a LONG hallway I skid to a stop by the door which does not open.I get up. I go back to sleep and it continues!!! The door opens and I run inside this room. The vampire follows and towers over me...and I wake up again...don't remember much after that...but it has me wondering for a LONG while now, WHY dreams  continue?!
Vampires. Eww.
I've also had recurring dreams in which I am sleeping in the back of a car and have to jump to the front seat to steer the moving car. I always end up about to crash into something when I wake up.
I've had that dream, but not since I learned how to drive. I guess it just ain't scary anymore.
Here are a couple others that I've remembered for years:
This one's in black and white and very cinematic. I'm standing in an elevator with a tall blonde (who later turns into a short asian girl, who knows why) and we are either married or something, anyway, we're lovers (this isn't a real person, just a dream character). We arrive on a floor, everyone is covered in soot, we go to our room, out the window is a gas station with spotlights on the overhang and nothing else is visible. For some reason I know what this giant building is. We work in a crematorium. There's a plague killing off most of the human race and we're burning the bodies for fuel. A friend of the girl comes in and says they're being transferred to somewhere (Alabama?) and I know I'm never going to see my lover again. Very lonely dream.
Another that's stuck with me is one where I'm giving a speech at a big conference in New York. It goes very well and I get a standing ovation. I walk through the cheering crowd to a waiting cab outside and look back to see a monk wearing a white habit pointing at me and shouting. I know he's shouting about my speech. I think that one's a dream analyst's, well, dream.

The most strange dream I had recently was of a nuclear holocaust. I was driving in the middle of no where, like one of those small towns in the middle of the desert and behind me I see what I think is the aftermath of nuclear bombs that went off and I am not sure where I am going, but I stop at this gas station and get out of my car to look around. Up ahead in the direction I am travelling, I see a dome of light and fire rise up out of the horizon and then the subsequent mushroom cloud comes out of it. It was just so realistic, unlike anything I've seen in movies or TV, like I was really there.
Not with just that dream but with any dream like that, where it is vivid, no matter the subject matter....It never ceases to amaze me how our minds can visualize things so clear and realistic in our dreams. In our dreams, we can envision things that we never seen in real life, and the things we see are alive with stark and stunning detail, and you just wake up wondering where did your mind ever conjure up some images.
At least that happens to me a lot.
And speaking of re-ocurring dreams...I've had dreams for some time now where my car just is gone from where I parked it outside my apartment. I used to have the dreams frequently, and I will be looking outside and I don't see my car and I am craning my neck and looking back and forth in the apartment parking lot to see if I parked it somewhere else. The dream usually ends with me just looking around, but one time I went outside determined to find who was stealing my car, and I began to walk around the streets and saw the person driving back with my car. I went after my car and the person started to drive erratically and flipped my car, and I pulled them out of the car and it was some woman (if I recall right) and I asked her why she kept on taking my car, and all she said was some gibberish about "X-Files" type conspiracies.
My most recent dream was pretty detailed, and I again searched for my car in detail, but I think it just wound up back in the parking space, and I had no idea who had taken it. I thought in that one dream where I persued the person who took it (which was more lucid), I would have something like a victory over the dream and it would end. They have ceased being as prevalent over time, so when they do come around, it surprises me.
In the first dream I had about my car being driven away, by the way, I looked out the window of my apartment right before I was supposed to leave for work and I saw my car pulling out and I was driving the car. That was the first and I haven't been able to stop dreaming about my car being taken against my will ever since. In most dreams I just get anxious and wait for it to come back, but in some I get more investigative about it. The dreams with my car started probably about 7 or 8 years ago.
You're exactly right. And to sort of bring this conversation full circle I really the fact that I enjoy dreaming so much has a lot to do with why I enjoy animation so much. Animation opens up opportunities to express things in a metaphorical way that can bypass our shackled-down conceptions of reality. Just like a dream.

I've had dreams about zombies for as long a I can remember (probably has to do with me seeing Day Of The Dead when I was 8). The dreams are usually never the same twice, and I get them about once every 3 or 4 weeks. Just dreams of being in a place boarded up with various people, thinking I'm safe but knowing deep down I'm going to die. What's crazy is I'm usually never scared, just kinda numb in the dreams.
I've only had the dream be actually scary twice. Once, I was in a locked-down hospital with some of my family and one of my friends. One of the family members was my grandfather (who had actually been dead in real life about 3 years when I had the dream). I started slowly realizing in the dream that my grandfather was really dead so he couldn't be in here with us, and him being here meant he was some kind of zombie that didn't look messed up like rest. I kept trying to tell people he was going to kill us, but nobody would listen and he would sit across the room and grin at me. Creepy.
The other was in an apartment with my youngest sister. We could go outside, since there was a big fence around the building the zombies couldn't get in. I guess everyboy else was dead except my sister and I, along with 2 kittens. So we hear the awful screeching noise, and my sister gets up screaming one of the zombies was killing a kitten. She takes off outside, and I get up to chase after her. When I got outside, there was a hole in the fence and I couldn't find my sister anywhere. I come around the building and realize they got her, she's dead now and coming after me. I go back in and lock up, but alot got in the fence and started breaking in the building. I knew I couldn't get away, so I grabbed a gun (laying on a table that had a picturebook of Italy?!?) and got ready to shoot myself. But the worst part was that when I pulled the trigger, it clicked because I was out of bullets and that woke me up. Just awful.
Maybe I should spend my tax refund on therapy :D

Being blinded by the sight of Jesus in a dark and rather wet cave during a rainstorm. Then I had eggs with him and Anthony Hopkins on a convenient slab of rock that looks like a table. I try to say some complimentary things and Jesus usually tries to tell me to be quiet and just be rather rude towards me. Anthony Hopkins says nothing.

I was on a spaceship.
With Chumbawumba playing right along.
I've also had a couple of Resident Evil inspired dreams. One took place on a very brightly (and flamboyantly) lit cruise ship. I think I fought along side a couple of lounge singers. The other took place at an abandoned Summer camp. There were spiders, lots of spiders.

Here's a crazy dream I had a few months ago.
I was in my house with my Worcester IceCats merchandise. The Worcester IceCats are a hockey team in the AHL (American Hockey League). Some of the merchandise had the new Cats logo (as seen in my avatar). One of my items had the new logo for the first few seconds, then mysteriously, the logo changes. The blue cat in the logo started to look more like a deranged cat. It had a disabled eye, blood coming out of its mouth, mmm... that's all I can remember. I looked at another item and it had the same deranged cat face on it. It was like this to all my other Cats merchandise. It got a lot freakier. My other AHL merchandise, the Lowell LockMonsters and the Manchester Monarchs, started switching their logos to the deranged cat logo. I looked at my poster of the LockMonsters mascot, Louie, and the mascot turned into a mad version of the IceCats mascot. It had the same disabled eye and everything as the one in the logo. I ran to my room and closed the door. No one but myself was in the room. After a few seconds, the deranged cat mascot from the poster was in my room! The door didn't even open! It just appeared! I woke up immediately and it was like 4:30 in the morning. That was so freaky!

I think I mentioned this dream before about how I was on a beach and I saw Steven Spielberg getting attacked by a shark, but there are other dreams that are either violent or surreal:
1) I've dreamt that my former high school classmates were on The Weakest Link and I was Anne Robinson (that is the host, right?)
2) I've dreamt that I was the sexy assistant to a knife thrower and as he was throwing knives and missing, I kept cracking jokes about how much he sucked...until he aimed for my throat and did NOT miss.
3) I've dreamt that I was in a dark room and couldn't see anything, but I could hear disembodied voices calling for me in that haunting banshee type of way. I try to escape, but end up getting swallowed inside the darkness.
4) The last, and most disgusting dream: I dream I was on top of a train going into the city. I accidentally fall when it arrives at the station and my arms break off as if I were a Barbie doll. I stumble around, not knowing what's going on until I fall onto the tracks and get hit by a train...but it goes right through me as if I were a ghost.

I recently had a very crazy dream that my parents were getting a divorce just because of a fortune cookie, and my dad was living in a trailer house. . . That's what I get for eating fortune cookies before bed. That's a good moral for ya kids. Watch what you eat before bed!
Also watch what you read. I had some bizarre dreams when I read a volume of Love Hina before bed once. Very weird, that's all I'm sayin'.

My recurring dreams are dull, just wandering through huge mansions.
Weirdest, I had been found and revived from frozen hibernation after hundreds of years and everyone had white plastic squares on their temples so that they all were connected to a knowledge and service computer system. But after I got my implants so that I could fit in to society, everyone I came near dropped in pain from interference I was causing.

The craziest dreams I remember relate to school and my teachers.
The most craziest one was when I was the school's library...at the reference section. I open this door, and I go to this large, dim, green room. Everywhere there are white coffins. They're all together in a section closed, but there are some still around. I look up to a wall and there is this large picture of my Chorus teacher (in a tux) with a young, attractive girl with long black hair and a sexy, blue dress. It looks like they were in a formal party in the picture. I look at the coffins, and there's a sign with the girl in the picture's name. I look up, and it's different, since now they're in a stupid pose with sunglasses.
Another one was when I had to get ice cream, and Kageyama from "GateKeepers 21" had to go with me. When I go downstairs to the living room of my house, I see the walls are now wooden, and have candle lamps. I go into his sports car and we go to the supermarket, which in the dream is near. For some reason, while we're going, there's another car with two villains in there, trying to wreck the car and kill us. After a few unsecessful attempts, he drops me off at the supermarket while trying to wreck the other two's car. But the other car pulls up, and the two villains try and kill me. Kageyama rushed to me rescue, and there comes other anime characters. They beat up the two, and my mom comes, and we go home, without the ice cream. I wake up.
There's other crazy dreams relating to school that are insanly crazy. One was when I had to take the Gymnastics practical...and failed. One of the girls say at my face, "You suck!" and I head to a waiting room (which is weird) at the other side of the gym. Now, there are tables there, with tons of students waiting there. As I walk to find an empty spot, there's an Asian boy that spilled a soda, and there's this Asian girl looking at him. Instead of cleaning it up, he puts his finger in it and starts making shapes like a heart, star, etc. I wake up.
Another was when I was talking to my Chorus teacher, and when I'm talking to him, and threatens me that if I bother him with questions one more time, he'll kick me out of Concert Chorus. So, I go away.
I go to an airport, and there's sofas everywhere, and I don't know why. I go to a hair palor, and they're going to dye my hair. But, they're going to dye it blue. So, I get out.
I go back to school, and have to ask him something. I ask a teacher where he is, and he points to the boy's bathroom. I go there (i don't really in real life) and it's very big and like the typical girl's bathrooms, there are guys hanging out. I call him over, he comes, and we talk. Unfortunately, I asked him some stupid questions, and then he says, "That's it. You're getting kicked out of Concert Chorus." And then, he goes to the General Office, while I start begging him to not kick me out.
When we arrive, the General Office has turned to a table and seats...like we're in a diner. He asks to go to the Principal while I'm crying a river, and they point to the door. We go to the Principal's office. In real life, the principal is a guy, but in my dream it's a girl. So he says that he wants to kick me out of Concert Chorus. She asks why, and he says many negative things about me while I cry. So, he shows various clips of when I bother him, while I'm crying, and the dream ends.
Yeah, I know, all three are dumb. I told the dream about when I get kicked out to my Chorus teacher, and when I ask him what it means...he just shrugs and says, "I don't know. You tell me."
A friend of the girl comes in and says they're being transferred to somewhere (Alabama?) and I know I'm never going to see my lover again. Very lonely dream.
Hmm... that's very interesting.

I regularly have complex, epic dreams with an actual "story" to them. As someone with monsters, animals, ghosts and robots constantly on his mind they also happen to be featured in most of my dreams. I keep a text file of them all, and here's the most recent one:
--Feb 26 04--
Dreamt about a mother and her two children who lived in a run-down little wooden house beside a dirt road in a barren wasteland. They were surrounded by other homes, but ALL were abandoned, and the three of them kept experiencing bizarre nightmare visions akin to the movie "Jacob's Ladder". Unfortunately I can't remember any of the visions except that the first one ends happily with the woman's husband leading them out of a claustrophobic stone maze with a smile on his face. He looked like Harrison Ford for some reason. I got the feeling he was long gone, probably dead, but they remained there waiting for him anyway. After many increasingly awful visions (which I'm a bit upset I can't recall details of), one of the children (I think there was a boy and a girl) makes an unintentionally creepy-looking windchime consisting of three faceless, wooden puppets representing the three of them. He hangs this on the porch, and the family sits back on the far end of their small front yard (with their backs against another, empty house) to "watch" it, even though there isn't any wind.
Watching the windchime sparks another awful vision, but this one I know I didn't see to begin with...I only saw the family staring blankly with their faces contorted. As they recover, the little boy asks why they see such "funny" things, and the mother replies that she doesn't know, with tears streaming down her face. At that very instant, a HUGE metallic truck, discreetly labeled "pesticide", barrels down the road by their house releasing copious amounts of pinkish-white vapor that completely fills the air in a swirling haze as a weird siren blares in the distance (shades of "Eraserhead?"). Remember that this area is abandoned; there isn't anything that needs dusting. Somehow the family doesn't see or hear any of this, possibly immersed in another hallucination.
At least at first. The scene suddenly changes to the mother and her two children running barefoot through a snowy path in a dead forest, apparently far away from their home. They never get tired, they just keep running with almost inhuman speed over miles and miles, smiling and laughing. I got the impression that they either finally realized the father wasn't coming back and fled their home, or that this was one last vision as the poison finally killed them. There was also a friendly little dog running along with them.
And HERE is just an old favorite of mine:
--June 22 04--
Now this was fun. I dreamt I was in some sort of department store, and as I'm coming out, people are talking on and on about mothman. It's very gloomy out (like all my dreams) but I see this HUGE black bird flying away that definately does seem to be the legendary mothman of point pleasant. The next second, though, it's standing within the doorway of the store and resembles a giant red-eyed crow. People are crowding around to look at it, but then it pulls out a bazooka, which is apparently timed to explode like a big bomb. The mothman-crow forces everyone to remain crowded around it while the bazooka's timer plays the tune to "we wish you a merry christmas". Everyone is terrified but they sing along, and I'm the only one able to sneakily escape. I see and hear the explosion behind me but I know in the back of my mind that mothman will survive and hunt me down, so I wave down a passing car. It turns out to be a cop car, but I know he won't believe my story, so I just tell him that I'm fleeing from someone dangerous and he offers to take me away where I'll be safe. A moment later, I'M a cop, patrolling some desolate winding bridge along an empty mountain. I feel very lonely, and it seems I've been doing this a very long time to hide from mothman. I get the feeling he'll eventually find me anyway, but that I'll be ready for him. The dream ends here.
Both of these and loads more, even stranger ones are here:

Well I'm not sure if this qualifies as a nightmare, but it was definately weird.
I go into this bar to get something to drink, and I accidently step on this guy's foot. I can't tell, but he was tall and huge, as opposed to my rather small self.
I apologize, but wait!... he's pissed off. So the guy is in my face, shoving me like I was a guy. So he says something to me and I just snapped.
He tried to shove me again and I knock his hands out of the way and he looked like he was gonna kick me and I grabbed his collar and lifted him up before slamming him to the floor. I hear this dull crack and come to find out that I cracked his head wide open.
But what I find weird was that I smiled. I think I have some hidden aggression that I don't know about....

I have bizzare dreams.
I had one today (I took a 4 hour nap today after school :p ) and I was in my house but there was a hall between mine & my sister's room and there's a couple of other rooms and it's igger and our rowdy "sk8er" neighbors were having a party and were jumping on our cars (we only have one in real life) and there was a tiny porch outside my window in my room and th window was open and my dog was laying out there barking at them. Verty stupid, random dream.
I've also always had dreams where I'm falling or something.
I've always had dreams where it feels like I'm floating above my bed and then I wake up with a huge twitch (as if I fell back down to my bed from midair) and I had one this morning before I woke up that I was trying to get out of bed but I fell face first onto the floor and it did it again then I woke up. I also have dreams where I feel like I'm slipping off my bed then I (again) wake up with a huge twitch. Those are just short dreams though. Anybody else have these?

I had an odd one last night.
There I was, in a living room, surrounded by family (I guess?) and I was doing something in front of them and then, my Dad comes behind me and someone else and my Dad chokes me from behind and this other person puts their arms about my stomach from behind and pushes in. It felt real.
Suddenly, it shifts over to a home in Japan. There I was with two Japanese ladies and I was in the living room (?) for a moment when I heard a commercial come on and it was Takeshi Kaneshiro advertising some drink product. One of the ladies that was in the room knew some English and she asked if I knew who he was, so I told her, "Kaneshiro Takeshi", the proper way to say someone's name in Japan. She was shocked (in the good way) that I knew his name.

K here's a weird one that was last night:
I was standing near a gas station on a strip of desert road at night. I go Into the Gas station and see a mechanized cheetah. I asked it if I was really supposed to buy that Transformers Universe Night Slash Cheetor that I saw earlier at Target. It replied "No it has nothing to do with that, but you should really work on your photoshop backrounds" and then we just stood there on a cliff overlooking the dry flat land speckled with some vegiation under the light of the moon...

I think my craziest dream to this day (well, so much as I recall) was one I had YEARS ago. I mean, I was still watching Muppet Babies.
My dream involved Arnold Schwartzenegger playing Hide and Seek with the Muppet Babies. Picture Ah-nold shouting "Olie, Olie, Oxenfreed!" to Kermit and Miss Piggy. Disturbing, I know.

This isn't the first I dreamed I owned a game, I didn't own at the time. When Pokemon Snap came out, I dreamed I owned it...and it was an awful crossover with Super Mario 64. The pokemon (pikachu really) had taken the place of goombas and koopa troopas and I was platforming what looked to be a less creepy Jollyroger's Bay.
And now there's my two KH dreams. One of which was another crossover with Pokemon. It started out with Satoshi getting a starter pokemon and then he went to some clud and a bunch of NPCs were there.
And then last night, I dreamt I was playing KH1 and my sister was watching it and in awe of the graphics. I was in the process of playing through...Traverse Town I think. Geez.Stupid dreams.

I had a dream where I had the Funimation Channel back in 2004 before it was even released. What was strange was that it had Uncut Yu-Gi-Oh, Uncut DBZ, and the strangest show to be on it was... a Funimation Redub of Sailor Moon. Nani?
A long time agao I also had a dream where Ash, Misty and Brock of Pokemon stopped over at my house in the middle of the night.

One time, back when I was probably 5, I had a dream where I was dressed up as a caveman, standing on top of the shelves at a grocery store, when all of the sudden, Brak started chasing me. It was weird.
Another night, I had a dream where there was a sheep skin and a fox skin out in our hallway, and when it was night, they both rose up and became possesed with the spirits.
Weird.

I once had a dream, when I was about 8, where I was having a Pokemon battle with Ash, when, all of the sudden, Skullgreymon attacked the stadium we were in, destroyed half the world, and a Charizard/Greymon team-up killed him.
I also, at one point when I was little, had a dream about the cast of Gargoyles attacking me. And the strange part is that I had the dream every night for about a month.

Most of the time, my dreams are pretty normal, perhaps just "tweaked" a little. But the other night was a strange one.
I was at my grandparents' house which, as usual when it appears in my dreams, is just like it is in real life, just with minor differences. Anyway, Lee Ermey was there, dressed in overalls and wearing a cowboy hat, talking about "disposing of the bodies," then he dragged a trunk up from the basement (which my grandparents don't even have!) and drove off with it in his truck. Later, Scott Bakula showed up to get me a ride home. As we drove, we talked about this one episode of ENTERPRISE where Archer leaped into a WWII-era soldier who had fought against Darth Vader. (I know, WTF!?)
Afterwards, Bakula turned into a friend of mine, and we were on our way to the airport to fly back to New Jersey for a horror convention. While at the airport, I was trying to find the Independent Study desk because my mom wanted me to pick up my homework for the week while I was gone. We got on the plane, and Samuel L. Jackson was the pilot. (No snakes, though.)
That's as far as I remember that dream going. And I think Hulk Hogan was even in there somewhere.

I sometimes have a rather aggravating recurring dream about waking up and going through my morning routine and going to work. Rather mundane dream, I suppose. But see, then I'll wake up for real and be thinking "What? How did I get back here? Didn't I just do all this already?"
Now, I've had some really wacky ones. I remember one where I was one of the Kids Next Door and we were staking out the Suncoast at our mall for some unknown reason.
My all-time craziest one had all of the family gathered out in the yard when a plane flew over -upside down!- and crashed out at our barn. Our chihuahua then ran into the door, hopped up to the phone, and dialed 9-1-1.
I also recall one that involved Freddy Kruegger, but it was nothing like what you're thinking.... Freddy was actually on my side against some other guy....

Here's a very freaky dream I've had recently. I dreamt I was eating at Burger King and I discover spider webs in the french fries box. And then out of nowhere, there were more webs, this time on the tables and walls. I ran out of the restaurant and a giant leech appeared. The dream ended there. That dream was so freaky, I actually stopped eating at Burger King, not that I think what happened in my dream would happen in reality, but because I get tingling feelings about it when I think about Burger King now.

For the last week, I've had the strange feeling that I'd forgotten about something important. It's just been constantly nagging me. After last night, that feeling went away. You see, in a dream, I remembered that time I went into space (just briefly) to retrieve a satellite. Note that I didn't dream of going into space, only that I remembered it. I can barely recall the rest of the dream, but the memory of going into space is now quite clear. So now I'm stuck with a vivid memory that never happened to me either in reality or in a dream. =x

I figure that the most puzzling dream I've had in quite some time (aside from the bi-monthly one where all my teeth fall out) occured about a week ago. I was walking up the block in my old Brooklyn stomping grounds when the World around me started to fade into a giant shopping mall-like structure. Old buildings and businesses disolved into those places in the food court where they make your pretzels too buttery.
And there was also some sub-plot about a road-trip done graphic novel style, me gaining vampire superpowers and getting into a fight with the guy from Blur.

That's relating to some form of anxiety, dear. Very common. Can also be related to death, oddly enough. My sister Jen used to have a tooth-related dream just before someone died. Craziness. I've never had a tooth-related dream, but I have dreamt that the roof of my mouth fell. That freaked me out. Still dunno what it was in relation to.

Lately, I keep ending up in someones house. They seem nice enough, but I have this bad feeling I shouldn't be there. This time, I left my bo and had to go back for it and the guy insisted a long thin stick that rattled like a spirit stick was it... It wasn't, but I noticed he had Toon Disney and was hoping to watch WITCH while I was there. Gees, even in my dreams everyone else but me has that stupid channel :p
I had a fitful night. Wandering around a strange town, no idea why I dream in detail of places I've never seen, trying to find someone but didn't want to be noticed myself. I didn't think you were supposed to feel pain in dreams. I somehow ended up at a gun range aiming a shotgun at paper targets. There was a pop and jagged peices flew from the receiver. My face hurt, so I touched it and saw blood. That woke me.

Not really a strange dream, more like just a funny one. I was at a party that was getting too loud and out of control for me, so I snuck out. Down the street, a girl was leaving a similar party and offered me a ride home, so I excepted. We drove for awhile in silence, then parked on the same street adjacent to my old elementary school. I then helped her unload a refrigerator from her trunk (she was driving a Geo Metro, by the way!) and carry it down the street to her house.
Once there, we set it down in the living room, and her parents came downstairs to see us. She went into the kitchen with her mom, while her dad, Donal Logue (guess I've been watching too many reruns of Grounded For Life on Family Channel) got out his checkbook and started asking me how much money I'd take to never see his daughter again. I told him I liked him in Blade, and he said, "No, it wasn't Blade, you moron, it was Vampires I was in. Get it straight. Now, how much money?"
I don't remember much after that. :)

Too many Boy Meets World reruns lately. The other night, I had a dream that myself, my brother, and a few friends were hanging out in a parking lot with Will Friedle after a movie. A van pulled into a spot next to us and scratched Friedle's car. He asked the driver for his info, who turned out to be Marilyn Manson. The two got into a fight until we pulled Manson off and started beating him with baseball bats, then he turned into a puddle of something like Clayface and slinked off into a storm drain. An ambulance showed up to take Friedle to the hospital, and then Corey and Alan Matthews from Boy Meets World showed up to find out where Friedle had been taken, and we didn't know.
Earlier, there was something about me being in a warehouse, and I kept going into a machine that would let me experience traveling through space at lightspeed, but I don't recall too much about that part.

I had a dream when I was like five where my family and I got into a boat on a stormy night to go to an island where some friend of my dad lived. He lived in a big house with his wife and daughter that was a year younger than me. They had all the lights off in the house. I was in the daughters room and she had a big doll house like four feet tall. I was like "Can we turn on some lights?" and she said no. I said "what about this little nightlight?" and I turned on a nightlight that was in the shape of:donald: rollerskating. When the light came on every light in the house began to flash red then blue.
Another very freaky dream i had when I was about that age was one where my mom and brother were away somewhere at night. I went to the bathroom and when I flushed the toilet it started making funny noises. I went around looking for my dad. He was sitting in his bedroom completely in the dark. I can only see him from the light on the bathroom. I told him that the toilet made some funny noises and he said something like "Oh really". When he said that he head floated off his shoulders. I was trying to tell myself that I was just seeing things. Then he said something like "We need to get that fixed" and his body just rolled up like a burrito.

Usually, my dreams are utter bizarrities that wouldn't make any more sense even if I told them to you, but I did have one a few weeks ago that I think I understand completely.
I dreamed that I took my family out to dinner at the Burger King where I work, only my grandfather wouldn't stop talking about something or other, and my boss eventually told us to get out because they were closing (this is nothing new - my boss always shows up in my dreams as a bitter and resentful individual). Here's where it got really weird, though - everybody else went home in their own cars, and when I went to my car, I found that all the doors were open, the key was still in the ignition, and the engine was running. Clearly, I'd totally forgotten to secure the car after I'd parked it (across two spaces, mind you). And then when I got in, I discovered that I had completely forgotten how to drive. I was shuddering and jolting all the way out of the parking lot, whipping right over speed bumps because I couldn't remember what they were for. Eventually a cop pulled me over and told me to walk home, since I was too much of a hazard on the road - driving on the wrong side, running people over, and so on. So I tried to ride a bike, but I discovered that I'd forgotten how to do that too, and I fell into a ditch. I wandered around until I found my car in another parking lot, and suddenly I found myself being chased by a pack of vicious boars, so I got into my car, but I couldn't remember how to lock the doors, so I just drove off haphazardly. I ended up behind a building, but I couldn't remember how to back up, so I wound up crunching the rear of my car against the wall. Finally, I encountered a crew of people filming a movie in the parking lot, and I asked them for help, but nobody wanted to listen to me. I tried to drive away, but I forgot how to use the steering wheel and began crashing into all the movie equipment, and the director began screaming "Someone get that idiot off the set!" I finally managed to get away, but I forgot how to stop and rammed right into a tanker truck, which exploded and blew up the entire Earth. At this point, I woke up.
I know exactly what caused this dream. The day before, I was involved in a car accident wherein I rear-ended somebody and caused that car to hit the two cars in front of it. Nobody was hurt and there was no serious damage, but ever since the incident, I've been extremely self-conscious while driving - I keep thinking that I'm gonna pull some boneheaded mistake like running a stop sign or putting my left blinker on and turning right. Since then, the theme of me completely forgetting how to drive has been popping up a few more times in my dreams, but I haven't been in any real accidents since.

You actually hit something? I've never hit anything in crazy driving dreams. Usually I can feel the motion that's going way too fast and I can see the inside of the car, just can't see clearly out the windows or control it right. It's not long till my brain is screaming "open your eyes". It generally means I've stopped breathing because I rolled into a bad position. Those dreams are very clear with alot of sound, and very panicy,,, I wonder why

I know this thread is two months old, but I had an odd dream indeed last night that I felt warranted a bump...
Remember the last episode of "Seinfeld", where they all end up in jail for basically just being jerks their whole lives? Well, I dreamed that the trial from that episode was commencing all over again, except I was on trial along with them for apparently being an accessory to their bad behavior. Hell if I know why, but I recall that all the major and minor characters from "Seinfeld" were in the courtroom, trying to convince me how to testify (Newman in particular wanted me to single out Jerry as the brains of the operation). Throughout the trial, I kept hearing various characters give their testimony, like Marla the virgin and the Soup Nazi, and the bailiff had to keep restraining Kramer for being too much of a distraction (I think he was trying to be excused so he could make a phone call). And throughout the whole thing, I was sitting at the back of the room, sweating like crazy, fearing what I would say once I was called to the box. I knew I was innocent and they weren't, but I didn't want to lock up my favorite TV characters. Then when they finally called me up, I cracked under the pressure and totally ratted all four of them out for everything they'd ever done. I woke up before they could issue the verdict, though.
I recently went on a long binge of watching "Seinfeld" episodes on DVD, so that's probably where this came from.

^Haha!! I know what that's like. Whenever a new season set comes out, I watch about a disc a day for that set and then watch various episodes from the previous seasons. I basically have about a 2-3 week stretch of Seinfeldmania, which results in some funny (and strange) Seinfeld dreams. :D
The other night, I had a dream that my friend asked me to dogsit while he and his mom went out for the day. But then they skipped town, calling me every few hours from the road to tease me about ditching me. The dog was going crazy, tearing up the backyard, knocking down fences, jumping through the screendoors, kicking rocks at the neighbors. Then Duran Duran showed up and wanted to hire me to design and run their new website, and they wanted to pay me in Oreos! At one point, I think me and Simon LeBon ended up dueting on "A View To A Kill" or "Rio," using sleeves of Oreos as microphones.

Some of my weird dreams include:
When I was 3 I was playing in my room with my sister when I heard a knock on the door. I opened up and there was a T-rex there! I slammed the door and tried to hold it shut but it knocked over the door with me on it!
When I was 7 or 8 I dreamed that my parents asked me to take a letter a few doors down. For some reason I took a friend with me. When I got there, a completely diffrent house was in the place of the house that's usually there. What was even more weird was that it was daytime when I took the letter and yet that house was in nightime even though all the other houses weren't. There was a strange man shooting hoops in the yard and he trapped my friend in a box! I yelled "Don't put my friend in a Box!" He replied "OK. I'll put him in six boxes!" after which he did! I asked him how to get him out he said "You have to cry for 28, no 32 days in a row!" After which the Dream swiches to Third Person Veiw which shows me in a anime style crying on top of a calender that is fliping off pages to show time passing by. I was re -united with my friend, but the man came to my house with an army on horses. (kinda like Lord of the Rings.) There was a war where I jumped on the guy's (who took my friend) horse where I flipped him over. My mom said "Don't Treat our guests like that!" Then there was the pokemon Scissor at my house who evoled into a Charizard! And I said "Huh?" There was also a part of this dream where I found out Jesus was hiding in a secret room in my garage!
In a recent dream I was Ned from Ned's Declassified Shcool Survial Guide and that Billy Loomer was Bullying me but this teacher wouldn't listen to me and then I somehow flooded the school with Peanut M&M's. Then the Kids who were outside the school suggested that we take a road trip while the school was flooded. (Why I don't know.) So we did. The characters from Ned dissapered from this section of the dream. Among the strange thing happening during the trip including places in the water that automaticly turn you into fish when you went underwater, a friend who turned into a fish as well bringing me to an area underwater with shrimp and krill and asking me to eat it (I did) and a friend who seperated everyone underwater to get a underwater pirate ship filled with treasure. Then we were suddenly back to (a diffrent) school somehow. I was Ned again and Cookie & Gordy for some reason were geting me to turn on all the Fire Alarms in the school to impress Susie. When everyone was outside I yelled at Susie saying that She and Ned weren't really going out or something (this could be in the dream because in episodes like School Plays or Embarresent I was frusterated with Susie in those episodes.)

Last night I had a really long dream. I was starring in an episode of Brisco County, Jr. In the title role! I felt pretty cool. Until a bunch of outlaws on horses started shooting at me. The chased me through a canyon until we hit a rural ghost town at the end of it. There I met my doppleganger...who was basically a Bruce Campbell lookalike only evil. He was trying to off me in order to assume the Brisco County, Jr. identity. Dixie helped me escape, but he managed to corner me in an abandoned house. She showed up right behind him and I had thought Dixie had betrayed me. My evil twin started to pull the trigger, and I lept in one last desperate act to take his gun. The trigger was pulled, but Dixie had taken out his ammo! I was saved! I knocked him out and then my alarm clock went off. Another rousing adventure in the life of Brisco Fugate, Jr.!

Last night's dream was one of those that I know I never want to forget, and thus, I need to document it here. Just try to follow this, I dare you.
Okay, so it began with me and my mother at a country club, and we decided to go swimming at an indoor pool. I didn't have a bathing suit, so I just went in wearing my boxer shorts, and once I got in, I noticed that everybody else in the pool was wearing their clothes. So after a while, I got out and walked over to the country club's main office, passing over a small foot bridge where I encountered Joel Hodgson of "Mystery Science Theater 3000" throwing bag after bag of garbage into the stream below. When I finally got to the office, I found that it resembled somebody's garage, and it was staffed by the characters from David Alvarez's "Changuy" comics, as well as this ancient Chinese wizard who lived in a can of soup. They're all running around trying to make things look nice for an evaluation they're about to get.
Suddenly, the office becomes a real garage, and I'm no longer at the country club, but instead I'm touring the house of this mad scientist who's bragging about all the life-changing experiments he's performed over the years. Only thing is, I keep stumbling over stuff and destroying his experiments inadvertently. He's none too pleased about this, but he brings me and a few other people down to his basement, where he shows off his frozen collection of icicles that resemble the Leafia and Glacia, the new 4th generation evolutions of Eevee. To make it up to him for destroying his stuff, I go out into the snowy night and get him a few more icicles, but when I try to add them to his collection, I swing the door open too quickly and cause all the icicles to fall off their shelves and smash on the floor.
I hastily return upstairs, where I discover that the scientist's family members are doing all sorts of funny stunts for their own benefit, so I grab a video camera and send in the tape to "America's Funniest Home Videos". I immediately hear back that the tape has been selected to appear in the $100,000 show, and the house is now my grandmother's house, and all the $100,000 nominees are there to watch the show. Only suddenly, they're there for a bake sale instead. They all go outside to judge the various baked goods, but one group of people gives no points to another family's cookies just because the family who made them is black. This ticks me off, so I start yelling at them, and I have to go lay down on my grandmother's bed for a while to cool down.
When I finally do, I opt to drive home, but it's night again now and I can't see the road too well, so I pull into a side street and begin walking down a gravel path so I can get home on foot. I suddenly realize that I'm wearing a witch costume, and there are several kids around me also wearing costumes, so I figure it must be Halloween. Also, all the kids are either wearing rollerblades or Heelys. The path leads down a hill, but when I get there, I see a sign that says "Apply brake gently when heading back into traffic", so I deduce that the gravel path must be a detour for cars. I also finally realize that if I walk home, I won't be able to get my car back, so I hurry back up the hill (it's morning again now, and I'm still in the witch costume). To save time, I cut through a college campus, climbing a bell tower where a bunch of Asian students are hanging around, and I need another student's help clambering out the top of the bell tower and onto the grass (yes, the top of the tower is at ground level). I see a label on her backpack that says "FemJesse", so I ask her if she's the same FemJesse that used to submit fan art to The Futurama Madhouse, but she just bursts out laughing, as do all her friends, so I scramble up the hill to my car.
At this point, I lose the witch costume, but I've instead become a woman, and I have the ability to turn invisible. It's somehow become nighttime again, and I notice that there's a thief trying to break into my car, so I go invisible and open the door and roll down the windows and stuff to scare him off. When I snap back into visibility, I'm me again, and I drive off in search of my house. As soon as I turn a corner, I end up in Chinatown, and I make a left turn into what looks like a parking garage but actually turns out to be the kitchen of a restaurant. I drive through the kitchen for a while and end up parking my car in front of a service elevator, then I get out and ask a cook for help. Instead, the cook hands me a script and says that I'm supposed to go into the service elevator with him, where we'll both be attacked by bees. I read the script and realize that he's right, so we both go into the elevator and ride it to the top, where the doors open to reveal an alley with a dumpster in it. Three bees come out of an envelope taped to the side of the dumpster with the words "Caution: Monsters" written on it. As I scream and swat the bees away, I suddenly realize that I've become Homer Simpson. Then I teleport back into the kitchen, where I become me again, and I pull a DVD of "The Simpsons: The Complete Ninth Season" off a shelf against one wall and put it into a portable DVD player, only none of the episodes make any sense. Then I woke up.
Whatever I ate before I went to bed, I'm off it forever.
I don't remember much details, but I dream a few weeks ago that I met many TZ members, except they were all cartoon characters.

Woah that show hasn't been on in years. How did you manage to dream that? Is there a dvd out that I don't know about, because if there is I want it.
Well I guess because of the weather my dreams have been working for me since they don't really need me at work when the weather is bad. But the other night I dreamt that I was working in the admissions booth at work when this group comes in, its only about three people but they paid their way in with pennies, glittery pennies and I was pissed because I had to count them. Then I went over to this meadow and a bunch of giraffes were lying on their backs like cats. It was wierd.

These are the ones I like. The boxers? What were you wearing as you slept? I often dream I'm in what I'm wearing as I sleep,,, sadly that's nothing at all. i also find the driving is impossible in dreams. The sex change/,,, well yea on occasion, those are really wierd dreams though,,,
I really like dreams like this, I have so much fun remembering them, even though they were rather terrifying at the time.

I had a dream last night that was a little too realistic:
I went to my Honors American Lit class and hadn't done the reading. (The last class I went to, I was 8 chapters behind, so the next class would have made me 16 chapters behind) and I was terrified I was going to get called on because our class is small and discussion based. Needless to say, I did my reading today

Everyso often I get these very vivid dreams being some place I've never seen before.
In the cab of a tractor trailer, (articulated lorry). I've never driven a truck in my life so I don't know where this came from. Picked up a hitch hiker with a Russian accent,,, and his little dog. Got out of the truck because the tiny dirt road ahead was covered with six inches of ice and tree branches. The Russian guy said there was no way that truck could make it up that road.
So I walked down the hall of an old dorm (yea, sudden scene shift  ) To see if I could drive through. The place was full of girls,,, cute ones. Another truch was unloading inside so I knew I could make it but once in, I couldn't back out. Turned the key on the outside of the truck and started the engine. Then needed the key to unlock the door, so I had to shut it off, unlock the door, then restart the engine. Drove past the turn I needed, stood on the break but couldn't stop in time and a big piece of farm equipment flew past and landed in front of the truck. Got out to help another guy I hadn't seen before gather the pieces,,, he yelled because the truck was drifting. I'd forgot the parking brake. Jumped in and had to jacknife it to make it stop because there was no air pressure for the brakes. nearly ran the guy down.
I kept telling everyone I didn't even have a license to to drive the thing. Which I don't

Last night's dream was one of my more linear ones. I was vacationing in Los Angeles with my grandmother, and at one point I'm walking down Hollywood Boulevard, when I notice that the four guys who just drove by me in a pickup truck were the Rolling Stones. I attempt to wave them down and get their autograph or something, and to my utter surprise, they actually pull over, get out of the truck, and greet me. My last memory of the dream was Mick and Keith doing an impromptu sidewalk performance of "Tumblin' Dice" (my favorite Stones song).

I didn't really have a dream per se. But, here's something weird. For a few moments, I actually slept with my eyes open! Okay, partially open. But what was weird, is that I could see things. I could see the door to my room, but I couldn't move. And I "dreamt" that my alarm had gone off, and I was trying to get up to shut it off, but i couldn't get up, I absolutely could not move at all (you see, because I was asleep).
The "sound" of my alarm turning off, is actually what woke me up, and went over to check my alarm, and to my surprise, it never went off, it wasn't set for another 2 hours. So I dreamt that whole thing. Boy that was a bizzare experience.

Something about people contracting some weird bacteria that kills them and creates an exact zombie duplicate of them, so we had to figure out how to leave the planet.
Honestly, my dreams don't know how to condense themselves. It should have been a bacteria that just turns the person into a zombie instead of going to the trouble of making a duplicate.

One time, a couple weeks ago I had a wierd ass dream of dating Kimberly, the pink ranger. And Lord Zedd send out of a putty attack and we defeat them. Then Goldar came out of nowhere attacks us. And we defeat and we me and Kimberly then went back to kissing, then the dream ended there. I still don't know I dream that. xD

Last night, I had two weird, and perhaps kinda pathetic, dreams that I can remember... I dreamed in instant message format, first of all. I won't share details, but I had to mention the amusing format. In my defense, that was the last thing I had done before bed, last night, and my subconscious gets lazy. =P
The other dream was very odd. I was chasing someone around in a health food store, because they had information about Gwen, but didn't want to tell me. They did give me a letter from her, which I misread. The first time I read it, I thought something bad had happened to someone she knows. The second time I read the letter, she said that she had some sort of bug problem.

I had this one where most of "101 Dalmatians II: Patch's London Adventure" took place in my house (well, actually just the back of my house where the big bedroom and bathroom are). I was wandering around doing nothing, Cruella De Vil was looking for the puppies, they were hiding, Thunderbolt turned into a toy cat (weird), part of it involved a park, a church, me wearing these weird sandals that actually looked like a pair I used to have, and a car racing game where you could play as "Family Guy" characters. Anyway, it was really bizarre, and I've been dreaming of that movie a lot lately. (I recently rented it off Netflix and watched it twice :D .)

I actually had a dream about the whole idea on the Toonzone convention.
I guess I went to someone from toonzone's house who was [toonzone name protected], who actually turned out to be a guy, so I was like -_-.. Okay... this is messed up... then this other guy showed up. We talked and had dinner, it was pretty weird...

On the topic of TZ-based dreams. Picture it: Ishtar and KtM... showdown! Well, not really. They were just yelling at each other about something, and Sam was fangirling. I felt very out of place.

Last night I had this dream where I am driving like a complete maniac. I didn't hurt anyone, but I drove at (what looked like) 100 mph. The dream ended when the car started flying.
I can't forget this one dream where I lead an orchestra playing the Fountain of Dream song from Super Smash Bros. Melee. at the time I hadn't played the game nor heard the song in months...
