I had the same avatar from April - November... So, no you aren't the only one. If you look around the other boards you'll find people who have had the same avatar for months... some who don't even have avatars at all... it all depends on the person... Most people around here do change their avatars on a regular basis, however.

Capsule Star, once you get 10 posts on the boards, you can have any of those avatars that are not in use. You can add the avatar by either clicking on it and saving it to your computer or putting the link for it directly into the control panel under "User Options." You can find out more under the FAQ on how to upload your own avatar, but if you need any help, you may PM me and I can help you out.

I assume by using an Animated Gif File.

I've used the in the past, but don't have the tools, or the desire, to make my own. I'm not a big fan of the GIF format. I prefer JPEGs

From the FAQ:

We've definitely lost track of which avatars are in use and by who by this point, so just grab an avatar if you see one that you like and don't think that it's being used by someone else, regardless of whether it's "in use" or not. I know that at least some of the ones listed as "in use" are not being used.

May I suggest making your own? If you can find some image editing software, then just find a pic you like, size it to 75x75 pixels and under 10 kb, and you got yourself you own icon.

I made my Hellsing icon from a larger image. Yeah, I know Hellsing isn't on Adult Swim and I doubt they could edit it, but in a perfect world it would be. Well, it was either that or a Bebop one and enough people have Bebop.
