I'm sorry, everyone. I'm still loving this show. Even with the president saying "please spare me, man!". And Colonel Sanders making a cameo.
I know, I know. You don't have to tell me. I know. I'll go to the doctor tomorrow.

Notice the Kadabra action figure on the President's desk?

Who knew the Prez was such a pill popper?
And the 2 piggies on the run is the most heart wrenching thing since the ending of Wolf's Rain, except my head didn't explode.
And I'm going to have to read from this Dr. Kayama guy.

I'm sorry, everyone. I'm still loving this show. Even with the president saying "please spare me, man!". And Colonel Sanders making a cameo. The whole Col. Sanders sub-plot is an homage to Japanese KFC restaurants and how they have a life-sized statue of the Colonel standing outside of the place.
References to the Colonel is common in anime, with more Colonel sightings happening in Slayers, Project A-Ko (as a killer in a horror film that A-Ko and B-Ko watch) and Midori no Hibi.

Meh. The KFC gag in Project A-ko was better than this.

1. Flamingo bat = Athlete Oh = Sadaharu Oh, the Japan's all-time homerun king with 868 homers.
[Trivia: His flamingo batting stance is so famous, the Japanese call the... uh... standing sex... the Sadaharu Oh position... Yeah, you didn't need to hear that. :anime: ]
2. Was that a psychic Pokemon on the Prez's desk?
3. The news-woman looked like a Leiji Matsumoto girl.
4. Is there no industry that the KFC Colonel doesn't have his tentacles reach in Japan?!
(pork legs = chicken drumstick legs)
5. Factory workers, all they do is sexual harrassment? And that factory girl was ugly! :D
6. Was that Stalin on Dr. Eyepatch's eyepatch?
7. Pig drama... Nothing has more pure love than that! :p
8. The Prez's fortunes told --> those were some really bad fortunes. :o
9. Dr. Kayama's books that Milk-chan was reading - any translations of the titles?
10. Was the Colonel calling Golgo 13: The Professional? ;)
11. OK, white termite boyfriend vs. black ant husband... Are the Japanese making a race issue here? :ack:
12. This series is still a bit boring. :(

The episode titles are the greatest thing about this show, although the Dr. Eyepatch segments are interesting.
"If you see this robot, feel free to toss rotten eggs at her." LOL.

10. Was the Colonel calling Golgo 13: The Professional? ;) Heck, I was waiting to see if they showed the assassin's face to see if it was actually spoofing Golgo 13.

Only if you've got a half hour to kill and can't find anything else to do, because this episode seemed to REALLY slow down in the second half, and that's saying something for this show.

Even the American version begins to get boring by this point. Swears and concept humor isn't funny, but you'll like it if you like Megas XLR's "humor."

So, a lot of people say this is like the Japanese Aqua Teen Hunger Force, but really, something different happens on Aquateen Hunger Force all the time. I mean, it's not like Aquateen reuses the same jokes every episode or anything. I mean, I think even if you didn't understand a single joke on Aquateen Hunger Force you'd at least find all the weird villains mildly amusing. Even if every joke on Milk Chan was entertaining it would still get boring because of the same format each episode. Actually, I kind of feel the same way about Space Ghost, the show's funny, but the format bores me. But, still, even Space Ghost doesn't repeat the same damn jokes every episode...well, with the exception of Space Ghost zapping Moltar with his powerbands. By the way, did I mention I hate that freakin landlord on Milk Chan?

I liked this episode. "Super Milk Chan" actually has some cool designs for furries. I loved the cartoony look of the pig couple. And their plotthread did have a lot of pathos to go with the humor. Great melodrama. :) I also like the designs of the ant family. I'm curious about whether or not this plotthread about the ant wife being unfaithful is going to lead anywhere. And the President is funny as always. ( "You don't want to eat me. I'm a filthy man. My underwear is always soiled." )

[Super malk chan] Yo, Dumbass! [/super malk chan]
Think about it, the crappiest shows are going to be shown on Our Adult Swim, I for one, want just a little bit more than a 2 year old screaming "Dumbass" in my face...
