I used to sit in my room, listen to old music and regret lots of things. I'd often torture myself, reliving all my mistakes, wishing I could go back and make everything right. of course, the main cause of my nostalgia was a girl... stupid.
now whenever I see her or start thinking about the past for some other reason, I just grab a book or sit down in front of the tv and go somewhere else. time is helping though, I care less about her every day.

I buy my old toys all over again like GI Joe and Thundercats. I also record old cartoons off Boomerang or buy tapes of old cartoons.

How do u deal with it?Depends. For the good memories, I'll call up one of my sisters and be like "Hey, dude! Remember when we -" Always it ends with "Good times, man. Good times." :D Or if it's something only I knew, I just reminisce by myself. For the bad things however, lately I write alot. Or I honestly cry.
I hate thinking about the past though. Good or bad, it's over and the outcome cannot be changed and I don't like that. I don't like to overanalyze what happened because it'll just depress me. I overanalyze the future instead. But this is getting a bit off topic. Sorry.

I save as much from my current situation as possible, then fifteen or twenty years from now I'll have a lot to go on. If you want only happy nostalgia, invest now!
