I agree with most of these choices, the only problems I have are best series(should've been Case Closed), best characters(should be Conan and Rachel, but I'm fine with McGuirk as Best Male), and music(should be Inuyasha).

Glad to see "Conan is Kidnapped" recognized, and Sealab sweep the "teh s uck" awards.

And FMA has a better theme song than any of the nominees did.

Sealab sweeps the teh suck awards and Ghost in the Shell is recognized for it's awesome atmosphere. How a Case Closed ep tied for Best Episode is surprising, but I don't make the results.

Now if only Williams Street would take our advice regarding Sealab.

Not really, i've seen animation thatw as amde around the time of the first DC episode and also some older animation that looks better. The thing is CC is a long series, so they can't really give it what was good animation ATT or it would have dried up the budget.

No, it's not because it's a long series. I highly doubt that DC was planned to span 300+ episodes. The reason the animation isn't as good as other anime series is simply because it didn't have the budget other shows had at the time. It has nothing to do with the length of the series.

Tom's animation is a stylistic choice.

Sealab's animation is bad because Sealab 2020's animation was bad to begin with.

Case Closed has no excuse for having terrible animation.

Even if it's a stylisitc choice, and even if it works with the context of the show, and even if I wouldn't change it if given the choice, TGttM does have bad animation. That's not a knock against it, but it is the truth. Sealab actually has stuff moving around and it's not static all the time. Though it's still bad. And I've seen anime with MUCH worse animation than Case Closed. And I do mean from the same time period.

some flaws here and there but it mostly looks right. would have liked some more love for CC and HM and less for WHR and the way underwhelming GitS (I quit watching after episode 6 even WR kept me watching longer then that). 2005 should be much more interesting with the new FG card among other things

Not too surprised by the results, and for the most part, I'm pretty pleased by the outcomes. I'm not all that crazy about Dr. Girlfriend beating of some of my favorites (Agent Paper, Rachel Moore), but I couldn't call it unexpected.
