Since 'Tis the season and all that.

When I'm drunk (which is becoming far too common an occurange), I have trouble sleeping straight away, so I usually come online. I've annoyed IM'd people, hurled some abuse at some of them, confessed an undying love for others, and wrote songs for others.

Have you ever posted here whilst drunk, or bear witness to someone else doing it?

I had been complaining about the state of Toonami and apparently it didn't turn out funny at all.... :(

To answer the question, no I haven't posted while drunk (at least to my knowledge), but I do enjoy the occasional cooler or whatever while on the computer. Perhaps I'll have one later. ;)

Yeah, all the time. If I post late at night, there's a pretty good chance I'm drunk (since lately I've found myself drinking every day, a habit I really need to break). I try not to post too much, though, as it ends up not making sense.

As for me, I'm going to have to say mostly no. If find myself half in the bag the most I will do on the computer is listen to the same song over and over again, and maybe browse the forums. I get paranoid about typing something incredibly retarded and seeing it the next day and thinking "oh no, what have I done!" Sort of like having a one night stand with some horrid specimen of humanity and totally regretting it the next day...except over the internet.

It's been on rare occasions, but I've been a drunken floozy online before. Usually I'm just goofier and sillier and, thusly, just as lovable as usual. :)

It takes longer to type straight, though. :p

Not drunk but after my Mother and I came back from seeing Ozzy (there was a couple in front of us who smoked pot and cigs the whole time he was on), we were high from the fumes. I couldn't type properly and the Coke (the DRINK) I had tasted disgusting, but I was giggly as heck!! :p

One of my most favorite aspects of Toonzone is you can engage in a very detailed conversation with a multitude of people, all with different opinions, say your piece, hear other POVs, and no one gets offended. Try doing that on the [AS] message boards.

Like the MasterCard commercials: that's priceless.

That being said, the last thing I would do while drunk is to start posting in a discussion forum. I know I'm drunk...but nobody else does, and you have an even better chance of coming off as a complete a s s when the only exposure a poster has to a person's current demeanor and state of mind is the printed word.

Hmm....now that I think of it...maybe I'll try posting on the [as] boards while smashed. I'll probably start making sense to the regulars. ;)

Actually I can safely say that when I have posted, I have posted with No Alcohol in me (As in the Usual stuff.. Beer, wine, you name it..)

but if you consider Cough Medicine to be alcohol, then yeah I've posted after I have taken some cough medication..(After all I post a lot of times when I am out sick with a Cold, the Flu, you name it..(And since Cough Medication (at least a number of them) have Alcohol in it, you could say that that would qualify..(As being Drunk..)

but other then that, I'm a Tea-Totaller.. after all The one and Only Time I ever had alcohol (other then Cough Medications) was a shot of Cold Duck (At room Temperature, on a dare no less.. and it was after I had one Heck of a Hangover, well I just didn't drink Alcohol ever again..

(Milk on the other hand, Well I'm a Milkaholic, a sodaholic, and even a waterholic..(Anything but alcohol...)

And right now I just finished downing some cough medication so you could say that Yeah I'm drunk..(After all Colds and Flu are such a bummer!)

Anyhow, to answer the question, no, I've never posted drunk. I've posted here with a modest amount of alcohol in my system, and with a hangover, but never full-blown drunk. I only drink to excess in social situations, with close friends, and when that's the case, posting on TZ is usually the last thing on my mind. Since I'm such a mellow drunk, my primary activity when inebriated tends to be sitting on a patio and talking with people nonchalantly. Going to a computer isn't something I really consider.
