Didya hear the good news?! Well, did ya? "Baby Blues", the short-lived WB animated series based on the comic strip, premieres on Adult Swim in January.
It's been talked about, but who knew it would really happen?

Hopefully this means The Oblongs and Family Guy will have a future on the block as well. FOX apparently is making their decision this week about whether to keep or dump the show..

I'm not too sure whether or not these shows will make the jump to Cartoon Network. I think Cartoon Network will continue to try to develop more new episodes of existing Adult Swim series. This is not to say they won't aquire more existing series, but I think they will try to have more original series.

Baby Blues is coming back, eh? Good. Maybe I'll finally get a chance to see it. :) The comic in the Sunday paper is okay, hopefully the show will be at least as good, if not better.

How could Jerry Scott be bad? I am not one to look a gift horse in the mouth, so...Thank you! CN! You finally listened to our wishes for more diverse programming with Batman, Superman, and Hanna Barbara returning! :D :D :D :D

Good thing cuz I never got to see it on WB in it's time slot originally.
This is also great news because maybe we will get to see other WB animated shows go to Adult Swim? Mission Hill and Oblongs are ones I really want to see.

Mission Hill would fit great on Adult Swim, I think. It is EXACTLY the audience the network is going for. The 13 episode series just ended it's initial run on Teletoon (now being rerunned) and the show has major replay value! I've seen some epsiode 4 - 5 times and they remain fresh as when I first say them. The pilot and the 'Real World' episode spoof are worth seeing - trust me! I would love to see Mission Hill on CN. And The Oblongs would fit nicely even outside of AS.
