Yeah I know mate ^^ Was just reminding ya in case no-one else did. Yah, Grinch will probably be on every Xmas for all eternity, because although it's so short, it's the ultimate Xmas classic :) That is of course, if you're talking about the really old animated one.

Gah, I didn't watch the E,E,&E special :ack: I certainly hope it re-runs! I wanna see what life in the culdesac (sp?) is like outside of the Summer.

BTW, this is a totally random question, but while it's on my mind...

In the episode where Kevin finds Eddie's wallet on the side of the road and learns from his ID that his middle name is Skipper, was it actually printed on the card? If so, I wanted to know if it listed Eddie's LAST name (much more important, in my opinion).

"Twas the Fight Before Christmas" was a direct-to-video special. It came to VHS and DVD in October of last year then aired on CN several times during December. And I'm not surprised after how "The Powerpuff Girls Movie" did the prevoius year at the Box Office.

The onlyt additional information the card gives out is his address. Unfortunately nothing else is learnt here. And yes the Xmas Special will be rerun many times over Xmas :)

Ah, the Christmas specials---should be able to watch them *and* CN again when visiting family next week for Christmas.

Yeah, I'm still here (and cable TV-less, though with various DVD purchases)... more on the Boomerang forum than the CN one, if anyone cares. :-)

It's a nice lineup as far as it goes, but I really wish *somebody* was broadcasting 'A Pinky And The Brain Christmas' (an Emmy winner, ferpetesake!)

Yeah, but I don't think Cartoon Network has the legal rights. If anyone was to, it would be the Nicktoons channel.

Cartoon Network has the rights to anything Warner Brothers. They just need to ask.

I think I saw Wakko's Wish was coming on somewhere.

But, I own Pinky and the Brain Christmas, so no complaints here.

Mr. Magoo was good last night.

From last I checked, Viacom apparently has airing rights to the Spielberg-produced WB shows---"Tiny Toons" was airing on Nickelodeon last I saw it (er, the day I moved to here and thus lost cable), and PatB was airing on NickToons. No idea where Animaniacs is, and the other 90's WB shows seem to be in limbo/unairing ("Taz-Mania," "Freakazoid", etc.).

Not the way I'd like to see some of the last decade's best material treated, frankly. I guess maybe if they were using crudely-animated cockfighting-like attack moves on each other, were on a perpetual and complicated quest of some sort, were dubbed from Japanese and/or were wearing Spandex costumes with Bat-ears built in, things'd be different... :-\

As for CN airing them, they did air Wakko's Wish last year at this time (for New Year's IIRC), so *someone* at CN must remember that Yakko, Wakko and Dot exist...

Awesome, Yogi's first Christmas. One of my favorite Christmas specials for some reason, and I really don't know why. Maybe it's just the characters and the atmosphere, or maybe it's just what the special as a whole means to me. Dunno, really.

Incidentally, I wanna see the Eds Christmas Special again. Didn't get to tape it last time, and I wanna make sure I have it on tape.

unfortunately, my favorite christmas movie on CN (life and adventures of santa claus) vanished from the lineup last year. Glad I have it recorded. =(

I'm mainly looking forward to the many runs of Johnny Brave Christmas and that Toon Heads special. It has some of the best animated shorts christmas-wise.

All of those, and no "Holiday Knights" from TNBA or "Comfort and Joy" from JL? I still haven't gotten to see them. :( Heck, not even "Christmas with the Joker!"

Too bad I missed Yogi's First Christmas. I really enjoy that one. I am rather caught up in a couple RPGs at the time (Shining In The Darkness for Sega Genesis and i'm playing Final Fantasy 7 again) I did catch the last few minutes of Noel Noel, though. I thought that deer was pretty kick-arse. I mean,It grew giant and was about to fire green beams from it's eyes!

I read on the other forum that TCM is going to run some of the cartoons from this special( Peace On Earth, Tom and Jerry, Bedtime for Sniffles) on new years eve. Does anyone know what time they'll be showing it? I looked on TCM's site and didn't see it.
