CN Asia: KND gets Cartoon Cartoon ID of its own

Ever since it premiered over in the Far East, KND had never been preceded by any Cartoon Cartoon ident (even the generic one, the one with someone who sounds like PPG's Mayor voicing over "Cartoon Cartoons" at the end... do they use these in the states too?). So it basically went: General CN Ident, straight into the KND titles.
Well, just yesterday (before Shave and Oomppah), a CC ident aired. I was half-expecting the generic ID, but it featured Numbuh 5 saying "Cartoon Cartoons" in her distinct voice. AFAIK, that's the third such ID voiced by a Rugrats alumni (Dexter, and PPG with Bubbles).
Just thought I'd let you know... BTW, has KND been preceded by such an ident in the US for a while now?

Interesting they'd generate a CC bumper for KND---here in the states, they've dropped use several months ago (with the "CGI city bumpers" makeover CN got) of the "Cartoon Cartoons" title for all the CC shows, instead just showing Dexter's Lab, PPGs, etc., "straight", with no opening or closing CC bumpers.

Even before the makeover resulting in all the CC bumpers getting dropped, KND never had this bumper.

Who liked the CC bumpers...gave it sort of a "Looney Tunes" opening feel...

You know, here in the UK they haven't said the word Cartoon Cartoon for about 4 years or so now. God I used to love Cartoon Cartoon Fridays... Yes we had that too but they stopped it years and years ago.
