So anyways, I was watching Cramp Twins on Cartoon Network a little while ago (yes I was bored), and I noticed in the credits (so very bored), that it had Cartoon Network Europe on it <.< Does that mean it was made in Europe? Cuz the voices sound pretty American to me.

No, the same credits air here. Brian Wood had an American experience, so I guess he decided on American VAs. It's better than British, no offense.
