When I make them I usually make them sunny side up because it's easiest, but I always get them scrambled (or an omlette) at a restaurant.

I'm one of the weird people who likes to eat egg whites alone. When my mom hard boils them and puts them in any kind of salad, she always cuts the ends of so I can eat them. Yummy:D

I'm not an egg fan. For breakfast I prefer blts, bagels, blt bagels, oatmeal, and/or scrambled potatoes (sure... you could call them that)(you know, refried).

I can stand a burrito with scrambled eggs in it, though. Or just the white part of fried eggs. I can't stand the yellow part, but there's no getting around it with scrambled eggs. ohhh well. I'd never get up and make a real breakfast, anyway :p

Not a fan of eggs. . . but if I have to pick I'd say over medium (aka with some yolk) And I'll eat scrambled just as long as I have some sour cream! Ketchup is gross with eggs! :sweat:

So long as they're cooked, I'm happy. Eggs are great.


But I just can't bring myself to buy eggs that are from anything other than free range chickens. The first time I saw the size cage that regular chickens are kept in, it just broke my heart (yes, there's still some of the old, liberal animal- activist left in me), and I promised those poor chickens that I'd never support that method of farming again.

Preferably in an omelette with as many veggies ('cept onions) & meats as I can obtain and with any cheese except American (blegh!)... Second to that, devilled eggs be nummy as well.

Fried egg whites aren't bad now and then (can't stand egg yolks unless they're mixed into something), especially with bacon and sausage and all that goes along with such... but, I consider that a treat for special occassions.

I'll eat plain boiled (minus yolk) or scrambled eggs if I have to, but I consider both to be rather dull.

Hmmm, I like scrambled eggs the best. Hard boiled eggs are okay once in a while. However, I hate fried eggs since they give me heartburn for some reason. So unless I drink a whole truckload of milk, I usually get heartburn from eating fried eggs(which is why I loathe Eggs in a Basket).
