now that ed wood has been released.. does anyone know if theres been changes to the dvd itself, or if it was just delayed for a ridiculous amount of time.
cuz ive heard rumours of wanting to change the artwork to match potential award winnings, dispute over rights on special features.. and making a new transfer of the film.
anyone who got it... let me know. thanks

They took off the cross dressing featurette. That was it.

Well, I guess I'm kinda glad there was some change, still seems kinda stupid to go through all that trouble just for that.
Also, I was really hoping the new release would have more, not less content :/
Does this mean my copy will be worth more? Or just that we will see an really creepy amount of cross-dressing featurettes torrented in the near future?

This just in...Buena Vista Home Entertainment has recalled all copies of Ed Wood so that if Johnny Depp wins an oscar for "Finding Neverland" next year, they can put a sticker on the package.

well i guess the fact that my copy i got off eBay has more content is a good thign to know.
why they'd take that out im not sure.. it was a really weird featurette though thats for sure.
hopefully mine was worth the money in the end.. and if anything happens i can at least replace it now (heaven forbid)
