Godzilla vs. Gigan DVD TALKBACK!

Well, October 19th is here, and here's a special treat for Godzilla fans, like me! Godzilla vs. Hedorah, Godzilla vs. Gigan, and Godzilla vs. Mechagodzilla, released by TriStar, has been released on DVD for the first time!

All of them will be in both English and Japanese with English Subtitles, but be careful, because the Japanese is apparently 2.0 Mono, but I think it's a great audio, too.

This talkback will be for Godzilla vs. Gigan.

Gojira Tai Gaigan sucks, but the treatment it's getting for this release is stellar. Shame Terror of Mechagodzilla couldn't make it into this wave :crying: .

Ahh, I'm just happy that more of these are being released on DVD out here. Although I didnt' realize they came out already...! Time to go out and make my wallet considerably lighter.

Here's my question: Why hasn't Godzilla vs. Mechagodzilla II (from the Hesei/'90's (spelling?) been released yet?? They released King Ghidorah, Mothra: Battle For Earth, Spacegodzilla, and Destoroyah?? But there's a chapter missing (not to mention Biollante and 1985). Meh.

Anyway, I'll be picking this (and the other two) up soon...comments soon to come...

I disagree there. Terror of MechaG and Gigan are the best G movies from the 70s. Both of them are really enjoyable, have great music, and lots of monster action.

Hedorah and Megalon are the worst of the 70s.
