Well make that number 2 2ho has decited to quit from being on Adult Swim now, only because Sealab is canceled , while Harvey Birdman and ATHF still stay alive because of higher ratings in the past few days, and I do hope one of these days he will return.

A lot of the eps before were relying on Hesh a lot for jokes (anyone remember the wedding ep?) This is one less trick they have to fall back on.

Yeah, but that still doesn't fully address my previous comment on how Hesh was gone for quite a substantial amount of time before. And I do remember them using Hesh quite a bit before he was gone before too.

I'm not sure which show did he finally "resurrect," but I can't remember them making any big deal about it; he just was there.

I'm not sure if MC Chris left Sealab at that point, but they definitely couldn't fall back on Hesh, as Beatdigga explains.

I'd be madder if Hesh was given funny dialoge lately. But to be quite honest Hesh (and MC Pee Pants) has done nothing but annoy me this season so I'm glad he is gone.

Yes, but at that point Harry Goz was still alive, so they didn't need Hesh as much. Now, they don't have Captain Murphy or Hesh. So, it's basically Debbie, Debbie, Marco, Stormy, and Quinn. Well, there's Shanks too, but everyone hates him.

They're not even using Marco right now. So we have Stormy, resident idiot, Debbie, resident eye candy, Quinn, the sane one, Shanks, anime hating hick that everyone hates, and Sparks, who sometimes shows some creativity.

I've also noticed that when a major character dies, a minor one gets more spotlight. In addition to Shanks, Black Debbie has been getting way more screentime than usual.

As such, this in no way effects his ability to do VA work for Sealab and ATHF for that matter as well (Shake's lines are literally phoned in IIRC, so mc could do the same for Pee Pants.) It just means he'll never be spending time drawing mustashes on people for April Fool's or cutting ads for AS or any other stuff like at again. He could easily turn up as Hesh and as MC Pee Pants again though.

Sealab isnt cancelled, so there is no press release. As for mc chris quitting he released that info informally via his own website.

That's a relief. Too bad about mc chris.

I suppose it'll be the same deal like with Andy Merrill. He quit too, but he's still doin' voices on ATHF. I'm sure mc chris will still voice Hesh and others as needed.

I don't really care what Chris does as long as he keeps putting his stank on it. I like his work and hope his musical career takes off. If not, he'll be back on AS where he never fails to make me laugh. That's my dawg right there.

I won't miss MC Pee Pants, but I loved Hesh ever since his first line of, "I just want some sex!"

Hesh and Sparks were the only reason I still watched Sealab 2021 after Goz died.
