Haha, probably for the best. Not many people like the Brak Show plus I believe it's lack in episode quantity. As much as I like Sealab, I'm gettin sick of it on weekdays. I'd rather they either return Aqua Teen Hunger Force, give SGC2C a weekday double strip, or give Home movies another chance at that spot. Come on Williams Street, sure it didn't do well... at all when it replaced Futurama, but it has 52 episodes and I'm sure it can't do THAT BAD at the 12 spot.

Egads YES. Sealab is still on weekdays.

When I get home from work, I could use some laughs and Sealab does that every time. Thanks, Adult Swim.

Hmm, I don't know if I really like the sounds of this. Even though I didn't really like the Brak Show, the only positive thing I was getting from it airing, was the possibility that AS would strip some of their other comedies down the road, Harvey Birdman or Space Ghost for weekly runs.. Now that the Brak airing is off for now, it sorta dampens things. Hopefully it's just a postponement, or perhaps just waiting for another show to take it's spot.

Dammit, and I was gonna use that run to make my Brak Show tape. Now I have to actually go through all my tapes and look for the eps. That's not fun

How can people prefer new Sealab over the Brak Show.

Ugh... weekday Adult Swim is dead to me. Futurama and Family Guy are always funny but I don't need to watch them, Inuyasha reruns bore me spitless and staying up till 2AM to watch CC and Lupin would make getting up at 6:30AM very difficult. I'm a weekend Adult Swimer now.

I wanted Brak on weekdays though. When will they finally learn that the best way to handle the WS half hour would be to air two different shows... Preferably ATHF and Space Ghost. They wont get stale nearly as fast as the rest of the shows.

Hopefully they plan to replace Sealab with Brak sometime in the future, otherwise it'll be much more of a hassle to make Brak DVDs.

I'd like to see a WS hour with ATHF, SGCC, Sealab, and Brak Show.

In a perfect world the 12 a.m. slot would be Space Ghost or Home Movies.

But honestly The Brak Show is the lesser evil, a much lesser evil.

Eh. The Brak Show only has a handful of good episodes, and Sealab only had one good season (and a gradual decline from that very good season), so....no biggie.

Seeing as how I dislike both shows, it doesn't really matter.

At this point I don't care what they show. They just need to quit the 1/2 hour block and put two shows on. Unless it's ATHF. I can take two of those a night.

How about kill off Sealab and put some anime back into the slot?

Heh, wishful thinking.

Eh. The Brak Show only has a handful of good episodes, and Sealab only had one good season (and a gradual decline from that very good season), so....no biggie. However I think The Brak Show never really hit the low points that Sealab did. I agree that there were plenty of episodes that were stale and unfunny but the worst Sealabs are hardly watchable.

If the ratings weren't good Conan would've replaced ATHF a long time ago when it had the 12 a.m. slot. But it didn't and Brak won't replace Sealab because Sealab and ATHF both got good ratings.

 Yes! I miss Space Ghost, sooo much!

Sealab was funny the first few eps, but it just got annoying. (Don't hit me!) The ep where Debbie wanted a baby was hilarious, though.

However I think The Brak Show never really hit the low points that Sealab did. I agree that there were plenty of episodes that were stale and unfunny but the worst Sealabs are hardly watchable.I'd actually agree; a bad Sealab episode (see: last season) tends to be really really really really really really really horrid. But Sealab's earliest episodes are pretty funny, and it worked downward gradually from there (great -> decent -> okay -> eh -> KILL ME).

On the other hand, most of Brak's episodes were a few good gags over an otherwise dull plot, with the occasional standout.

..so, I guess it more or less evens out.

This is a shame, more because Brak taking over the slot was a means to an end and maybe MAYBE we'd get Space Ghost or Home Movies or something slotted in there.

Brak was an OK show, tho the funniest thing they ever did was that "New Brak Shows are made by fairies, wood nymph and gnomes," ad.

I just don't get why they won't let go of Sealab. I'm guessing someone at 70/30 has incriminating photos. The handful of good eps Sealab has (back when it was a funny character drama and not third-rate ATHF impersonator with the worst animation since Clutch Cargo) surely can't be enough for another run.

Anyways, with the last of the new CC's having run I don't bother much with M-T anymore.

They need some variety. I say, put on some anime at the 12:00 spot. I really don't care what anime they choose, because there is a lack of anime on tv. There are only a couple of channels that have anime, and CN needs to exploit that advantage that they have. Or, just give Sealab a rest. I like Sealab(all be it a little) but they show the same episodes over and over and over. Please AS, give us some variety.

I don't care for either show, but I'd much rather watch Sealab than Brak. Sealab is boring, but Brak is just sickening...

My thoughts exactly bluedeucedodge. CN doesn't air enough anime on weekdays, and while Adult Swim is the least of the problem in that issue it would still be nice to see Case Closed get that Midnight slot that it was so unfarily robbed of back in Spring. But we all know Inuyasha would come first. Then probably Wolf's Rain and then Case Closed and Lupin.

I'd post some schedules... but those aren't allowed here.
