I'm going to say between 1996-2000, that's when CN became more mainstream on cable television.

Cartoon Network had many awesome moments in history. But the year the Ferret & Parrot short showed on Cartoon Network was the best! If only it could have been a show............
Well,anyway. This year seems good too because of new Teen Titans episodes and isn't Family Guy going to have a new season?
