Did DON MESSICK provide a NEWS COMMENTATOR style voice-over to a MOTOWN RECORD in 1983? The tune in particular is entitled "AT 15", & the artiste in question is a band called KAGNY & THE DIRTY RATS led by one KERRY GORDY (Son of MOTOWN founder BERRY GORDY)
During the "Middle 8" (I think) part of the song, after the 2nd chorus there's THAT voice sounding like a news radio broadcast stating things like: "Many who will be lured into the drug scene will be lost in society for a long time if not forever!"
THIS True Believer sez it WAS he! Whilst a pal in Icleand sez "Naaaaaahhhhh!"
ANY & ALL help out there (Sherlock Holmes "Deerstalker" hats & Meerschaum Pipes on STANDBY!) is MOSt appreciated, as there is a FILET MIGNON DINNER with ALL the TRIMMINGS goin to the WINNER of this BET!
