What is you strategy for playing connect four? I nomally block the opponent multiple times so he/she cannot win instead of trying to get 4 in a row myself.

Connect Four is probably the game I'm best at. My strategy is to get as many three in a rows as possible leading to a point where my opponent HAS to block one to stop me but by doing so frees me to make another one either on top of him or somewhere else.
I also try not to directly look at the places I can win to throw my opponent off. Also since I'm VERY good at strategy I put my checker in right after my opponent does which leads him to speed up and become reckless.
I am VERY good at the game so if you use these tips you WILL greatly improve.

I find pelting the other player with checkers works wonders.
Actually don't think I ever used strategy just put checkers in where I could.

Like in all strategy games, I am adaptable; my methodology depends on the opponent, and a few other factors.
If I'm not feeling particularly warring: I from the outset make incredibly risky moves, thereby letting the other person win as fast as possible. But this does annoy the opponent...
So if I'm in a good mood or want to entertain my opponent just a tiny bit, I still lose, but it takes me a bit longer. This isn't much less annoying, but it passes the time.
But throwing the things..... that's good strategem! :D
In some stragegy games, I do the pre-calculate to move fast, and sometimes it helps a bit. But I can rarely stay focused long enough to have a few good moves :p

Pretty sneaky, sis. Hearing Adam West say that cracked me up.
