Hahaha well I was just thinking about how much I can't stand most forums or certain people on them. Have you noticed how much friendlier our forums our compared to everywhere else on the net? This is the only one I've consistantly returned to (and somehow evaded banning this long!). Heck I was like 15 when I started posting here, that's a lifetime ago...I just wanted to say...you all rock. Every single one of ya :). I know this might not have really needed a thread...but I wanted to say it (and im in a ridiculously good mood today :p).

You're dead right, I've joined more forums and groups than I care to remember and this is the only one I've been a reg on for more than a couple of months.

Where large online community's go, Toon Zone's got that rare thing of actually feeling like a community & is supportive of its members from day one rather than giving off that elitest aura of 'got to get so many posts before you'll get any respect around here, noob' *shudders*

Yep, Toonzone is one in a million. There is one other board that I've been at longer and posted at more frequently, but the membership there is small so it's easier to get to know your fellow posters. For a board this big, though, this place is truly a safe haven.

I couldn't agree more! I've been posting and reading here for years, starting way back when it was still just Batman/Superman forums. The first time I posted when the place was like this, the beautiful and sweet Guinavere IMed me a welcome.

Toonzone members are fun to talk to, unlike other forums such as theforce.net's boards. THey are sOoOo mean and such geeks, I'm telling you. They practically ate me alive on my first post.

Used to be, years back I came here just to read the news and to see what was going on in the Cartoon world. I had met rude people in other forums..and RPG's..blech... so I really wasn't thinking about posting here. Though after I got a bit more curious and started reading around the place I noticed people were acually fairly nice! Whatsmore, smart!

I've loved this place ever since! Everyone might not think the same, but they arn't ripping someone elses head off for thinking something different! That's rare in a web forum. I'm happy to be here! *hugs*
