new Spider-Man animated show

The animated show is being developed for release around the time of the movie. I just read on Comics2Film that Mainframe is still doing the animation for MTV.
I thought MTV from what I've read will be closing their animation projects?

No, MTV is closing their animation studio and will not being doing their own animated series anymore. Other studios will be doing it for them, like Mainframe, which is also animating, "Gatecrasher" for them.
