According to the 7/10 ratings report, Cartoon Network (2.1 share) beat out Kids WB (2.0 share) to take the number two spot behind Nickelodeon. Wow! That's the first time I've ever seen that happen. And CN did it without any new programming (except maybe KND). That's impressive.

Too true. For Months, Nick has always lead in Saturday Morning ratings. Good seeing CN step ahead for once. Although it does bug me on why people watch old repeats of shows more then actual new episodes. I mean really, the reruns are getting higher ratings then most of the new eps. No matter what network it's on, that is kinda sad.

On Saturday mornings, Nick's ratings beat pretty much all broadcast shows in the demographic.

You know what would ensure ratings like these every weekend?

Bringing back the Rising Sun/Super Saturdays.

As been mentioned before, KidsWB told CN not to do that because they would be in competition.

Well sure, no one can touch Nick, but it's still impressive to see CN top WB. Imagine if they had some more new programming.

Why do those idiots watch reruns of modern Nicktoons rather than fresh programing on KWB or the Fox Box.

I think sometimes the NickToons are repeats of the previous evenings premiere.

Maybe there are still many kids who haven't seen the premieres?
Besides, little kids don't care too much about reruns. They can watch anything they like over and over again.

Let the female dogging over at KWB commence.

Yes, let it. Because the last time that happened, we got four hours of Looney Tunes on Saturday.

Why does this sound familiar?

Well due to the fact thaty Cartoon Network is doing very good in the ratings regards of many series for example, Teen Titans, Duck Dodgers, Ed, Edd, n Eddy, KND, and even the Adult Swim Block may have been the reasons for the huge rating jumps, although it kina reminds me of that other post regarding parents not wanting there children watching Cartoon Network is what I am still concerned and stuff, I just hope that this network can keep it's head up through thick and thin, since it is truly "Toon TV".
