My vote goes to Slade. He is the most evil I've seen since the Joker in BTAS. Slade's my favorite because he's just so evil and his plans just play with your mind.

If I had a second pick it'd be Mad Mod because he is just so funny it's sad.

Slade and Father are similar. But Slade is a better villain because he's so calm and collected.

Father on the other hand...he needs to learn how to control his FIERY temper.

And although Him IS pretty gay, he did shine as a villain when he revealed his true form in "Speed Demon".
