This first segment was...meh. There were some pretty funny Harry Potter spoofs in it, and the Scooby Doo ref was really great. But people saying Lord MoldyButt's--[CN thread breaks]...name got old after a while.
Episode grade: C+
This episode was freaking hilarious. It was just a real laugh to see what the gang did when they were bored out of their wits. Nice to see Billy's mom for the first time in AWHILE. I liked how utterly absurd it was that Grim and Mandy came to the conclusion that Dr. Fear was a worm....and Eris's redesign sucks. I mean really sucks.

I'm pretty sure it was Jake Thomas (From Lizzie McGuire) that voiced Niguel Planter last time, did Jake voice him again this time?

that first half was pretty intriguing.. i'm surprised the creators of harry potter have not gotten after maxwell atoms for the parody, but it was cool to see the squid hat again in a bit bigger role.. and i'm surprised it was mostly a happy ending, too (though not for the lord who gets in problems even when HE mentions his own name.) the 2nd half, now it was only fair, but the monster designs were nice. and i don't get how that guy could have been a earthworm under all those masks.. especially the masks of eris and billy's mom.

Parodies are protected from copyright infringement laws and Nigel Planter/Toadblatt's school of sorcery are hardly very similar to their source material as far as parodies can go.
I liked those little round mouth guys.
The absurdity of the worm was the whole joke, wrenchy :p

I didn't notice any change in the voice of Nigel Planter from last time, so I would say he also voiced him this time. Weird Al also voiced the Squid again.
"Nigel Planter And The Chamber Pot Of Secrets" wasn't really that good. I was expecting more from a Harry Potter and Chamber of Secrets parody. Highlights: Grim playing Golf, Billy Turning his nose into a dog, and the real Lord MoldyButt almost knocking himself off a click. I kinda hope they have another Harry Potter spoof episode though. And that if they do, "Nigel Planter And The Prionser Guy Of Alcalottizi" is better then this one. I don't know if they would name an episode that, I'm just saying.
"Circus Of Fear" was a bit better. I guess it's offical that Billy's Mom can pwn Grim now. I still don't see how Mandy can frighten Mr. Fear so much though. Then again, I don't see how she can do that in general. Highlights: Billy smashing the wall with a hammer because of Boredom, the Circus act, Mandy's circus costume, and Mandy and Grim saying it was so obvious the Ring Master was a worm.
and Eris's redesign sucks. I mean really sucks.I kind of doubt that you'll see Eris look like that if she does appear in another episode. It just looked off because it was a quick mask gag.

The first episode was okay even though it was mostly Nigel getting beat up. :D The second was okay too. I loved it when Billy's Mom threaten Grim(After all she's does hate him and doesn't trust him being around Billy)Nice Scooby-Doo spoof in both episodes.
These were the first episodes of Billy and Mandy that I've caught new in awhile, and they were decent.
The Nigel Planter episode was ok. I liked Grim playing golf with first billy as the ball and then the dean. Perhaps the best part was Billy with Winky.. I give "Nigel Planter And The Chamber Pot Of Secrets" a B+
The Circus one didn't do much for me. Not surprised that the human kids were the freaks, and Billy getting scared by that puppet. The whole worm thing was a bit amusing. "Circus of Fear" gets a C-.

I thought the Nigel Planter episode was halarious. Plenty of slapstick comedy and a good parody of Harry Potter (as well as that Scooby Doo quote).
The second one with the circus was okay, but not great. The part at the begining where Billy is smashing the wall with a hammer was funny, and then Grim does the same thing to the coffee table later on. I personally think they could've come up with something funnier than a worm for that evil ringmaster.

In Chicken Ball Z. I just hate her design in general. And having to look at that drugged up, blonde, chipmunk just made me vomit on small children.
