It had an just-above-average I.Q. and was a the tempature of a bubble bath on a winter night(gotta love yourself too). So I guess Matt Wilson is right, yeah it was done well. I got the most out of it during like...LATE into the night, seemed fitting and fun.

I really didn't like it...and I'm smart. Something I didn't really like.

Um...why would the military worry about one lost sheep?

Other than that, it was okay. But I won't like to see it put back.

Um...why would the military worry about one lost sheep?

Because they needed that exact sheep to fit in their sheep-powered ray gun.

Heck yeah, I liked it. I'd love to see it back on CN or on DVD, but that's highly unlikely. =(

Putting it back on the air would make many happy. Especially if it took Totally Spies time slots

Sheep in the Big City was GREAT!!

It was so cool.... like me, 'cause I like it!! And it was also weird.

Why did they take it off the air, anyway? People didn't like it?

God, I miss that show. It was such a great COMEDY. And as a COMEDY, you just roll with the jokes and humour. Isn't that what COMEDY is about?

Family Guy and Futurama were taken off the air by FOX. Therefore they must not be good or cool.

Unfortunately, I have never seen Sheep in the Big City. By the time I was aware of its existence, it wasn't airing anymore. Hopefully I'll get another chance someday. I read a synopsis saying that the show was chock full of puns.

Maybe it was because it may have not supposed to have been in CN in the first place. I recall a marathon of different cartoons, and people voted for the cartoon that was given a time slot in CN. The winner was Codename: Kids Next Door. Sheep in the Big City was one of the many cartoon shorts that aired. (To let all know, the pilot of KND in that contest was the episode "No P in the OOL")

I don't why that was aired before KND, even though it lost. It was okay though.

Animation quality is my guess. Sheep In the Big City's animation was a little sketchy where in comparison, Codename:KND has a more perfected animation style, which takes more time to create.

Depends. You may see it on DVD soon. If Curious Pictures wants to shop the show around they could. But I think they want to focus all their efforts on the one big show right now.

Invader Zim got cancelled and has no chance of syndication, so therefore it must suck too.

I loved Sheep in the Big City. It had a great sensibility about it and a refreshingly off-beat sense of humor blended with a well-balanced willingness to use puns and wordplay in a way that somehow didn't make you groan (I still love General Specific and Private Public, among others).

To say nothing of Great Scott.

Damn you all! You've made me long for it.

DAMN YOU!

(witless and lame of me? Ah kn0w!)

Watching Sheep I felt I was smiling politely, not enthusiastically. It was competently done, but not engaging. Nothing really grabbed me. I didn't see too many shows, but I hardly had empathy for the sheep, the narration part was good, and, I don't know.

Maybe people could give some specifics on why they liked it.

They should show it again, along with other cartoons cartoons.

If they released this on DVD I would snatch it up in an instant. This show, out of all Cartoon Cartoons, Really deserves a Season Set.
