Fridays: The Fansite is proud to present our second annual fan art logo contest. For those that have been with the site and this forum over the years, you'll remember when we would have fan art logos that were displayed on the main page. For those of you that forget, here are a few sample logos from the past (http://fridays.toonzone.net/fanartlogos.html), created by community members.
This summer we'd like to start up the fan logos again. Basically we're asking all of Toon Zone to participate in this fun contest. As you can tell from the past, we're not judging strictly on how accurate something is drawn, we just value a good effort.
What we're looking for:
Work of one or more "Fridays" characters (from any show and/or hosted segments). Characters from elsewhere in the network may appear in the logo, but you must have at least ONE character from Fridays.
The work must be done by you. No submitting someone else's work!
No copy/paste (collage) or tracing. We want drawings.
Can be in black & white or color.
Maximum size of 800x600 pixels in gif,jpg, or png format.
Content must be family-friendly, since our site gets visited by children.
Also, we will not be using the TV monitors as shown in the sample. Since 2003, we have been using the Fridays "set" instead (see it on the main page (http://fridays.toonzone.net/)). You may provide a background, or we will use the set background if you submit just characters.
Every week we'll put up a new fan art logo that we like, and hopefully everyone will get a chance to get their work displayed. When you are ready to submit your entry, please email me at
