I was curious to know if it was just me who spends almost 4-5 on the computer. This is a real bad habit, I know and am trying to stop.I am ssooo bored and have no choice but end up glued to the monitor screen!

It depends on the day. Usually at college I spend a LOT of time on the computer because I'm either doing homework on it, I'm downloading stuff, or I'm here, but I'm on the computer a lot less at home. Granted, I play more video games/watch more TV at home to replace that... :p

I can't pinpoint the # of hours, though. Like I said, it varies. Today, for example, I was on the computer a lot (rainy day outside).

Well, in the summer I spend 2-3 hours a day on the internet, and some days more when I'm working on my stories. That doesn't include weekends for the first 2/3 of the summer, since I'm out of town each weekend for softball.

During the school year I'm lucky to get on the net for 30 minutes a day due to homework and in the spring, practice. I spend a fair amount of time typing up papers and such, though. I tend to spend 2-3 hours on the weekend though (1 hour intervals, usually).

Too many. I pop on during the day on spats then normally have a long spat into the night (unless I'm out). Trying to cut down, but there have been a load of revamps and DKA which has been creating more time here. Hopefully from next week I can cut back a bit...

It depends. On the most boring of days it can be literally all day and night...but I'm not really "on" the computer that whole time, I'll often just queue up everything I have in winamp, put it on shuffle, and chill.

I am usually on at least two hours each day. Usually more on weekends and during the summer when I don't have school. I think I need to spend less time on the computer.

I don't spend any time sitting on the computer, at all. I prefer to sit in front of it, instead. :p

Each weekday, I spend a half-hour on the Internet in the morning, then go to work, then come back from work and I'm on for at least 132 minutes (average), except for Fridays when I can be on as late as 2:00 AM (I know, not healthy). On Saturdays, I'm on the Internet for around 2-3 hours, and on Sundays, I try to keep it to 4 hours. I don't go overboard on the weekends like I ought to since I must wake up for church on Sundays and work on Monday.

My mother tells me that I should spend time away from the computer because it's all I do every day, and it makes me depressed that I can't spend time with real people. The fact is, I'm not too thrilled with real people, and they can be a real nusiance. Why, I read a comment to a post I made on another message board that the people I interact with on a daily basis should not be the kind of people I interact with on a daily basis.

It varies. Yesterday I was on about nine hours straight, but today maybe 5-7 hours.

During the school year, it's usually about 5.

Saturday is actually the day I spend least since I'm busy mowing lawns and going out searching for Transformers...

Sunday is probably around 10 - 12 hours...

hmm.... lemme see. It's different every day, i think. I think I usually spend 5 hours. sometimes 6 or 7. sometimes lower than 5. Sometimes 8. Always different. Letz see today. I spent.... 5 hours so far. So, I spend a good chunk of the day on the computer. That's my final answer.

I spend my time on the computer as long as I can, there is nothing else to do really, unless a friend wants to hang out which is rare because they have jobs and I don't :(

Well it's the summer right now, so I would say at least 4 hours a day when I'm actually on it. I usually just turn it on in the morning and leave it on till 11:00 at night.

Yeh, I have actually. I my eyesight has been getting worse. I mean I can see everything clearly but I can read from faraway. Oh and sometimes I feel like I'm going to vomit. Probably, the vomit part is something else. Maybe scientists should study up on this since they have been studying up on almost everything lately.

Ideally, probably about 4, tops - sometimes it's as little as 2. It all depends who I'm talking to, really - my daily surfing of TZ and other sites takes little time most days, so then it just depends on who's out there to chat with that day.

I couldn't spend all day on the computer if I tried. My poor li'l bum would be so numb!

These days I barely leave my chair infront of the computer. My mom is really annoyed by this and really gets on my nerves.I need to get out more often!!!
