In the message thread "Question for Frylock," spineless asks where the "lock" in Frylock comes from. When I tried to reply, the thread was closed (how weird is that!), so here is the answer:
I believe the name "Frylock" was created because it rhymes with "shylock." That is a slang term for a loan shark. It is derived form the character Shylock in Shakespeare's The Merchant of Venice, who was a usurer (moneylender). Not that Frylock is one, just that it rhymes.
Brush up your Shakespeare. ;)

Yeah but then none of us would know this...though I think it's because of his fry hair.

Frylock = Wizard
Wizard = Warlock
Warlock = Male Witch (essentially)

Frylock = Wizard
Wizard = Warlock
Warlock = Male Witch (essentially)I am gonna go out on a lim here and say, he's right. The lock does not derive from shylock or that his fry's are locks of hair, but it comes from warlock. So, I think that's the correct answer.

I'm still trying to figure out what Master Shake is a master of? Ignoring people? Excuses? Tv watching?I think it's because he was the self apointed "leader" and Meatwad's "master." Of coarse I could be dead wrong on that.
