are we talking about the crappy 80's Skeletor or the new version that actually gets off his ass and does stuff? because about the only one that wouldn't completely dominate that fight would be Armada Megs and maybe RID Megs, Energon Megs I've never seen fight and BW Megs and G1 megs would frag ol' bonehead before he could unsheath his sword, now if you really wanna spice things up throw in Mumm-ra and Shredder

Don't get me wrong, Skeletor is cool and all (in both the old and new series) but I am going to have to go with Megatron on this one; he meaner and a LOT more powerful.

Now, Megatron versus Cobra Commander, that would be a tough call, especially after seeing TF G1 Season 3 Episode: “Being Human”. :D

Well fifty feet is kinda pushing it...that's closer to Omega Supreme's height.

But anyway size isn't really what matters in a fight, especially on TV shows. Just watch he-man Vs those giant guys.

Megatron would still win though. Not because he's bigger, but because he has more firepower. Meaning he'd still win even he was the same height as skelator.

Now, if skeletor was wearing that armor from anwat-gar, then megatron would be in trouble. Megs is tough, but he can't toss around mountains.

Okay, if we're talking G1 Transformers it'd be close, but Megatron'd win. Now, if were talking Armade/ energeon, he wouldn't last 2 seconds with Skelitor.

Skeletor has unlimited magical potential, and he would tear Megatron apart....
But he won't cause he can't cause he's a weakling in the show.

Skeletor would most likely beat Megatron, because of his magical powers, which could pretty much do a number of things to Megatron in which to destroy him, and he could even magically shield himself from Megatron's missiles and such.

A very tough fight to call. Skelitor has all his increadable powers. Megatron has size and arsenal. ....hmm... I guess Skelitor would win. He can avoid all of Megatrons attacks, but there's not much Megatron can do against Skeitor assult. Yes, deffinently Skelitor would win.
