Who do you think should be added to the Lyoko kids team

Con:mad: if their actions were to be documented someone might go sneaking around their room looking for anything valuable thus finding the documents. trying to explain to to the theif that it was all imagination may be easy/difficult depending on who found it.

Unfortunately, Tamiya and Milly are always trying to get the "scoop" so they can be famous (like the episode when XANA chose Yumi's samurai armor). If they document it, and show it somewhere, they'll be famous, but the gang will get questioned and taken away by the government.

I could see her getting in the group but then she would probably try to take command of the group. That would be a bad thing.
Yeah, I see her doing that also, but she'll know Jeremy's the current boss.

She could also keep a secret of Lyoko than her two friends, since they may tell the world about it if Cici tells them/finds out/join the group because if Cici hangs out with another group, they'll get jealous.

Sissi would probably have to kick him out of her clique for him to be "reduced" to joining the crew, though.

How could Milly and Tamiya document their activities? I mean, sure, joining the group could allow Jeremie to set it up so their memories aren't erased, but what about their camera? Sure, they could film the factory and Aelita, but people'd just say "So, you have a cool AI program. So?" If they tried to pull a 'there's this virtual world with a giant super computer virus trying to attack', people'd want proof. Since the camera would be erased, there'd be no proof.

Sissy joining the group could work, as we don't already have a snobby brat to the team (seems to be a cliché that you can't have more than one of the same type of person in a group unless there's a big difference between the two of them, which is why Herb wouldn't join - at least until Sissy did ;) ). But, with her dire hatred of Yumi getting Ulrich's attention, I can't see it working until they work out their differences. And Nick doesn't seem to show too much personality. He's basically your stereotypical "dumb jock", and both Odd and Ulrich are decent at sports (again with the "no doubles" cliché).

But...Jim does help the kids fight X.A.N.A.'s monsters in the last episode and then remembers what happened when time resets, so, while he may not have "joined" the group, we've now got at least one other person who knows about Lyoko

I like the group just as it is. It's cool when Cici helps, but she just wants to be with Ulrich and doesn't care about the others. If Jeremie and Aelita can't figure out materializing Aelita, I don't see Herve contributing. Now Jim could be an asset from time to time, being an adult with a reasonable amount of authority. He could shield the kids activities from the head master. Still with the time reset there's little danger of expulsion.

Of the choices provided course I'd have to pick Sissi. She did say she's harsh on them because she wants to be apart of their group. So if she joined them she would probably ease up on them and be a big help keeping them out of trouble being the principal's daughter and all.

Although, personally I would like it if they would give Emily a more active role in the show and become part of the team. Emily, in case you didn't know, is the girl with glasses that slapped Odd in the Love Letter episode after Odd started the rumor that Emily had a crush on Jim.:anime: Man I Loved that scene! I wish that they actually show Odd getting slapped, that would have been great to see!:evil: Though the expression on Jeremie's and Ulrich faces were also fun as well as the mark on Odd's face.:evil:

You know Mahou, you're right about this one, I was thinking the same thing.. Samantha being a Team Player could work, and in fact I think her and Odd could be a rather interesting Team-up in the Lyoko world.. After all Sam came across to me as a Girl who could act Tough but is really a bit of a "Softie" in our world, but in Lyoko, she's probably a lot tougher then most people realize.. (and what Character Form would she Take on? I mean Yumi is (sort of a Geshia) Ulrich is of course a Samurai Warrior, and Odd a Cat Creature so what form would Samantha Take? (A female Ninja Perhaps?)

As for the Choices My next One would probably be Herve, but he would Co-ordinate with Jeremy in terms of how to proceed, after all two technical kids on the Outside would be better then one inside Lyoko, and one outside.

Another good Possibility is Jim (one of the people who is sort of Administrative, but again same problem as Sissy.. but if he was in the Mix, I could See Jim as a Sumo Wrestler..(Hey He's Big, He's Strong, He's got not to many brains up there..) but again Like I said, Same idea..again he most likely would spill the beans, just like Sissy.

and Tamara and Talia would be yet another Plus, but also a minus.. They could be team players but the moment they would try to bring in a Scoop with a Camera, the whole story line would take a new twist..and thus they would be more along the lines of Sissy, (Spilling the Beans!).. so that's the Minus.

so of all these I would say Sam could be the Most Logical Next Character to evolve but it would be fun to see what Character form she would take..(Ninja girl? Cat-Girl Warrior? The mind boggles on this one..

Well, I'd think she'll keep the Lyoko secret for Ulrich's sake, I guess. She'll know sooner or later if she joins that spilling the beans on Lyoko would hurt Ulrich.

Herv won't join the Lyoko team if Sissy didn't tell him. Besides, Herv might spill the beans on Lyoko "to get back" at Ulrich because Sissy loves him.

Well, I'm pretty sure about what form Sissy would take. It would be some 70's look (white flares with flames on them) except the top. It would be a white vest covering a white tank top with flames on them, and white boots. Weapons would be large bracelet rings on her arms; she would throw them at the enemy during fights. I chose that weapon because it ties to her jewelery/accessories.

For Sam? A rocker-type costume.

Man I can't wait for the next season to come.What does it matter that they have higher or lower defense. The monsters already have a set ammount of damage they can deal. Everyone has 100 life points nothing more and nothing less except for X.A.N.A.'s monsters they all have a weakness:sweat: Aelita can control X.AN.A.'s monsters but if she does that she is too vulnerable as will be anyone else that would have that power:cool:

I wasn't suggesting that they have more hit points, I was suggesting that one of the characters have more defensive abilities (or that they just be better at them than the others). These abilities could be deflection of energy bolts, force fields, fast dodge, counter attack, etc. Right now it seems that the strategy is for Aelita to hide and for the others to full out attack. If there was someone who couldn't do just full out attack for some reason, then it would add a new dynamic to the battles. This would be especially true if they where the only one there to protect Aelita and defeat the monsters.

I also thought I made it pretty clear that the other character type would have their own types of creatures that they could controll. Now that I think about it, this could be Samantha operating outside of the computer sending them in so that she wouldn't be vunerable. It was indicated that she is computer savy, but how much so remains to be seen. Of course strong limits would have to be in place to make it so that her ability to do this doesn't replace the need for the team to be virtualized. Perhaps her creatures would be pretty weak but could strategically tip the battle in the teams favor every once in a while.

The only ones I can think up are healing (can heal a certain amount of life points, but could be limited to 10) and teleportation.

If Sissy joins, she might have that power. In the episode that XANA used the factory to go against the gang, and when Ulrich and Sissy are stuck in the elevator alone while water is seeping in and after Yumi leaves to go to the control room, Ulrich has already a broken arm. At the elevator, Sissy treats Ulrich's arm and he says that Sissy would make a nice nurse. That made me think about that. So...if Sissy joins and she has that power but doesn't even know it....here's what I think may happen:

Sissy looks out of the windows in a room in the factory, sulking. Ulrich comes in and sees Sissy.
Ulrich: Sissy, what's the matter?
Sissy: It's not fair!
Ulrich: Not fair that what? That Yumi also likes me?
Sissy: Come to think of it that could be it, but it's not. It's not fair that I don't have any powers while you, Odd, and Yumi has.
Ulrich: Aw c'mon Sissy, everyone has powers in Lyoko-
Sissy: Except me!
Ulrich: maybe when the time comes when you could use your powers, you'll find out.
Sissy: But what if it doesn't?
Ulrich: Sissy, stop complaining. You'll find out somehow. (goes to door) C'mon, let's go back to school. I don't want your dad asking where you were. I mean, he is the principal...he could turn the school upside down just looking for you. (chuckling) Come to think of it, he might already have. C'mon, let's go; we're the last ones here anyway.
Sissy: Okay...

Man I can't wait for the next season to come.Yeah, they really had to leave us in a cliffhanger, did they? There are so many questions left unanswered:

What will happen to Aelita? Will Jeremy find an anti-virus?
What about XANA's attacks? What'll it pick next? Would he also find a way to materialize himself so he could do the unthinkable...?
What about the rest of the gang? What's going to happen to Ulrich, Odd, and Yumi?
Will a relationship between Ulrich and Yumi blossom? Or will Sissy get in the way and will she and Ulrich get into a relationship instead?
Will people find out about what's going on with the gang, about Lyoko, Aelita and XANA? If they do, will they understand? Or "spill the beans" to a higher authority, just like Talia did?
What about Jim? Does he even remember a bit about Lyoko and Aelita? What's going to happen to him?
Who will join/help out the Lyoko gang?
How did Lyoko be created? And what about Aelita's past?

I have the same argument as you.
But I don't think a Sissy/Odd pairing would be nice. how about a Sissy/Ulrich/Yumi pairing? That makes a lot more sense, seeing how she has a crush on him.

Sissi is the best choice for a new team member, and the most likely seeing as she's been the closest to discovering the group's secret several times, but forgets because of the whole time thing.

Actually, if you think about it, Sissi/Odd could happen.

If I wanted to go out on a limb and extrapolate a few minor events... Sissi seems to have pretty good coordination and balance. I remember in the Zero G episode where she was pretty skillful with the baton, and then later she was able to lift one leg straight out forward and hold up Herb's chin with her foot.

I'm a big Sissi fan anyway. Under that mean extrerior is a good girl who just wants to belong.

As a second choice I would vote Jim. Big guy, bare chested with a freakin' Final Fantasy sized Thor hammer.

I agree, but I had something else in mind for Sissi's outfit.

Let's see, a white tank top under a white vest with flames on them...and white bellbottoms with flames on them, and white boots. Weapon, golden sharp bracelets. It's like Yumi's weapon, but she can throw it. It's like a freesbee. Her power: healing, but it's limited to heal only 20 hp.

I wouldn't vote for any of them. Nick isn't an important part of the show... he has nothing to do with the plot... he's just sort of there. Herb would never join the team. And besides what could he do? get the monsters to turn around, look at him, and be too busy laughing at him to defend against the attacks. He wouldn't know how to fight anyway. ANd Sissy would only join the team for Ulrik. Yumi would get so ticked off at her that she'd throw her out, and give her some form of amnesia. I think that Samantha, if anyone, should join the team. When in Lyoko, she would be some form of Ninja, with the stars and everything.

Because she has her role on the team, and because she really isn't a fighter to begin with.

I'm still going to stick with my earlier decision of either Tamiya or Milly. Although now I'm leaning more towards Tamiya. I think she'd make a good addition to the team if she would just put the camera down ;)

Oh, and saying that Odd should die and Sissi should replace him? Yeah, that's real mature. I can't imagine why the writers and producers didn't come up with that idea. </sarcasm>
