I thought this would make a great thread series, exploring milestones (for better or worse) that occured durring this forum's turbulent three year history.
April 25, 2004 will probably be remembered as "Stupid Poll Day" for members of the Toonzone forum. Without warning, several rediculous polls about who would wi- sorry, wins in a battle between two meaningless enitities. While some of these threads kept piling up with rediculous responses (EX: "McDonalds"-Matt Wilson, "Yes. Next question?"-Taikyo, "The catbus wins."-Wrenchien, "A WINNER IS YOU!"-Myself), an intervention by The Landstander over at the Adult Swim board turned the mundane poll about Space Ghost Vs. Birdman into a vastly more entertaining thread. As the night wore on, the amount of silliness dwindled and the forum alert level has dropped from polka dot to mahogany.
Questions? Comments? Reflections?

All I'll say is that Spider-Man owns Wolverine, and that's all there is to it.

Thanks for telling me about that funny thread. The hilarious "catbus" picture is now my desktop. :anime: But the countless gameslah threads will be remembered the most by me.
BTW, I like the title of this thread. Say it with a voice similar to those 1930s/40s newsreels- "Moments.... in.... Toonzone.... History!" :D

Heck yeah! Spidey's the man!
Spider-man rocks! But only in the comic world. In real life, Yao Ming is the man! :anime:
Back to topic, I guess I missed a great day.

I am the very model of a ridiculous individual.
My comments are stupid, lame, and hardly ever whimsical.
It was like Flying Shark vs. Flying Crocodile week, only better.

Let's keep this on topic, folks. So far this thread is quickly degrading to a lot of spam/post count padding.

Great Moments in Toonzone History becomes a low point in Toonzone history. Thread is closed.

A Low Points in Toonzone History thread starts. Einbebop is banned by Brian Cruz for continuing to spell Toonzone as one word. North Korea panics and launches its missiles.

"Launch Ze Missiles!"
"...but I am ze tired..."
"fine go take a nap...THEN LAUNCH ZE MISSILES!"
:D And isn't Toonzone one word.
Back on topic...I'm not sure which day this was, but the first time Bruce Timm posted on the Animated Batman board should definately be remembered.

In order to save this sinking battleship, should I do a poll about whether it's one word or two?

Toon is one word.
Zone is one word.
Toon + Zone = Two words.
It's not exactly up for debate, the people who made the site decided it a long time ago.
