Authenticity check please!

Hey guys and gals!

Been a while since I posted in this forum, but I hope you won't hold that against me ;)

I'm an Ally fan - THE Ally fan - and I just came across a version of the original soundtrack cd that I've never seen or heard of before.

The last of those extra three songs appears on the next cd in the series:

..it's a wonderful little ditty called "100 Tears Away". But my concern lies with the other two songs featured on the cd in the auction. I've never heard them before and am thinking of bidding....

...but I have no way of knowing if the cd they're selling is real, or if they just photoshopped the extra song titles onto it. Could someone clever here please help me find out?

They are real songs. Also "I started a joke" is a Bee Gees song which many have covered.

I just wonder if those two songs appeared on any of Vonda's albums prior to Ally McBeal. 100 Tears Away was on one of her older cds I believe..

I can't quite remember what they sound like either. Malaysia? Glad you picked up on that, cause I didn't!

You're the first person EVER to pay my avatar a compliment *hugs* Yes indeedy, that is a publicity photo from Ally McBeal. There were several shots of Calista taken in a black pants/top combo, and that is a cropper version of one of those pics.

There's a great site with pages of Ally publicity photos. If I can find the link, I'll edit it in here.

As for that cd, I think I'll pass on it. Only two new songs probably aren't worth the shipping cost - even for an extreme fan like me LOL - and it's a used cd anyway. Thanks for verifying it's authenticity though Typhoon ;)
