My webcam used to work on my PC, even though the drivers hadn't passed Windows driver signing. After a while, my webcam just quit. Since then I reformatted my hard drive and reinstalled everything. I went to install my webcam again and to my surprise, it installed with absolutely no problem. All the drivers are digitally signed and everything. The only problem now is that whenever I try to us a program that uses the webcam, I get a blank screen. What's the deal?
