Sorry, if people already read this but I wanted to know what people think about this. If you want to close this, go ahead.
It's me Brendon Small. It really really is. Can you believe it? I finally know how to work my stupid website and will be posting everything that I can think of-
First and foremost those of you that have written- THANK YOU!!!
Second- those of you that haven't written- DOUBLE THANK YOU!
And to answer most of your questions: both myself and Co Creator Loren Bouchard have made it our goal to get this HOME MOVIES DVD ready to go as soon as possible. The big problem is that Soup 2 Nuts (the production co) has been frighteningly sluggish at producing any DVD results. (They only recently found out what DVD were- they thought they were "little makeup mirrors" those retards. Furthermore Soup 2 Nuts is owned by Scholastic (yes the book company) and it turns out: They are very uneducated when it comes to Home Movies (re: fanbase, potential market, etc. . .) Are you bored yet? I am. My fingers are already tired, my young pretty fingers. . .
Regardless we're busting our beautiful round shaven (italian 'pulcinella award' winning) asses. We hope to have a release date for all you all soon. And yes we'd like to cram it to the hilt with SPECIAL FEATURES, commentary tracks, etc. .
The second most frequently asked question is about THE HOME MOVIES CD. Most of you know that there are some 'secret songs' available on this website but I am working to acquire the rights to ALL the HOME MOVIES SONGS(I know strange that I don't have full ownership- i must be the crappiest negotiator out there since Kevin Spacey) So once again, It's being worked on and I'm dying to release it AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. (brendon throws up in his mouth due to excitement)
I'm happy about all his news. You guys?? :brendon:

I must say I'm not the biggest fan of the show, but I would still probably buy the DVDs if they were to become available. I'd also like to see full versions of some of the movies as extras.

Kevin Spacey delivered a fantastic role in The Nego --
It's nice to hear that they are still going to try and get Home Movies on DVD and even CD, even with its recent cancellation announcement. It's going to be rough, mainly due to Scholastic, but hopefully we'll see Home Movies up there with SGC2C and ATHF on the DVD racks within the next few years.

It's good to know when the DVDs get released (I'm pretty optimistic they'll be released eventually) they'll have special features and stuff.
This update made me hate Scholastic more. =(

Schoolastic owns Soup2Nuts? When did this happen?
Didn't Schoolastic own Tom Snyder Productions? Then it became Soup2Nuts.

Heheh. Scholastic doesn't know what a DVD is. Furthermore proving that reading sucks and you will ruin your future if you keep your head in a book...;) ...

I think what Brendon is saying is that because Scolastic is a book company, they don't work much with the video medium. Since when does a publisher produce DVDs? They're going to have to outsource production which means delays. I'm sure the series will make it sooner or later.

At least we know that Brendon is TRYING to get some DVD action from HIS end of things... but once again, it's the powers that be (i.e. the guys holding the purse strings) that are slowing the works up.

Part two of his news, not as much HM related, buy if anyone's interested...
ALSO.
NEW MUSIC ALERT!!! NEW MUSIC ALERT!!!! (boop beep bop ding dong)
I am working on a CONCEPT ALBUM to release on this site. The working title is: "The Actual Brendon Small and the Outerspace Chronicals." I'm not joking. If you like the music from Home Movies then you'll like this stuff. I'm hoping to have it ready to go around June. . So I'm currently working on that. So clean out your dirty little ears, my adorable little Salmon Prancers!!!!!
People also ask me if this current season of Home Movies is the last. I'm sad to say that it is. This is a decision made by Cartoon Network and not from the Makers of Home Movies (as we love making the show and woud continue to do so forever.) Cartoon Network plans to burn out the audiences of the world by endless reruns. If any of this bothers you I suggest you write e mails to the ADULT SWIM attn: Mike Lazzo.
Also:
People want to know what I'm up to aside from Home Movies. answer: Lot's of stuff- seeing movies, flexing in the mirror, daytime drinking. Just kidding my wood gnomes, I'm currently working with World Wide Pants (David Letterman's production company) and pitching more television shows- both animated and live action.
Also You'll se me, the actual me, acting on next season's "Reno 911" (new season airs in June- I believe) Also you'll see me acting on a show called "Pilot season" on the TRIO network Co created by Sam Sedar (who plays Fenton on Home Movies)
Also We just finished our second HOME MOVIES TOUR- these were smalll experimantal tours that myself and other cast members did to see if there was any market for something like that. And we were all very excited to see that YOU guys came to check it out. Basically the tour goes like this: Me and a couple other Home Moveis cast members (Jon Benjamen, Eugene Mirman [eugene the russian kid- also my real life ex roomate] and Ron Lynch [mr lynch] are all comics and perfrom all the time so we go out and have my friend Shonali [from the band "Tigers and Monkey" and "Ultra Baby Fat" :check her out on the David Cross DVD] She opens up and plays a set, and then we go up and do some stuff that "We think is funny". We reference Home Movies a little- but we just want to do weird stuff that we like to do- Then I go up with the band and play a couple songs from Home Movies- I've been closing the show with the "Franz Kafka Rock Opera". We only play at rock venues, no comedy clubs. So far it's been great. One show kinda sucked but most of them were great!
Thank you everybody who checked us out in Athens, Atlanta, GA and Gainsville, FLA (sp?). It was Sooooooo Awesome of you to make the trip. We're hoping to do a much longer tour starting on the West coast either during Summer or Fall. I'll keep you posted.
I plan to keep everyone updated, and am also working on designs for Brendon Small T Shirts, missile launchers, *****s, and other stupid things. . .
But most of all I want to thank all of you for discovering HOME MOVIES and telling your friends about it! Home Movies is a show with NO advertising and has been spread simply by word of mouth! So that means that you are responsible for getting the word out there. On behalf of myself and the HOME MOVIE crew THANK YOU!!!!!!
That's it. The HM tour sounds cool, but of course, I can't "travel" to Athens. =[
90th post! Whee-ow! 10 to go until my partee. E-mail if you want to come. =P

Let's just hope the DVDs come out soon, maybe within the year (if that's possible) as I'd love to have them.
I feel like going back in time and kicking my own ass for not watching Home Movies earlier. Thanks to TiVo, I was able to keep up with this last season, but oh I've missed so much from the first 3.
