InuYasha Movie #1 English Cast

A few of the voices for the main badguys of the first movie have been revealed, Menomaru will be played by Vincent Gale will be playing Menomaru, and longtime favorites Venus Terzo and Lalainia Lindjberg will be playing his right-hand girls, Ruri and Hari. I'm not sure who is playing whom though. Also John Payne (Mitaka!!!) is playing Rasetsu.


Lalaina Lindjberg - I thought she already disappeared since the Ronin Warriors and early DBZ days. Should've stayed that way. Personally, I don't think she could act then - and I was one of the more tolerant fans at a time when dub-watchers were burned at the fandom stake. :shrug:

Eh, I liked her. I'll be glad to hear her again. What other voices has Vincent Gale done? The name doesn't ring any bells for me.

Edit -- NM, went to the link. Duncan in X-Men Evo.... can't say I recall the voice real well.

For those curious, Venus Terzo was Blackarachnia in Beast Wars/Machines.

I'm pretty sure it will be the gang from the TV series doing the main characters (Richard Cox as Inuyasha, etc.), but does anyone know when tis movie is expected to come out here in the US or will it go straight to being an Adult Swim movie?

The movie isn't coming to theatres (at least there's been zero mention of it). The dub is supposed to premiere at Anime-Expo (http://www.anime-expo.org) this July, so I'd expect a DVD release and possible airing on AS later this fall at the earliest.
